Great steamed sandwich similar to Nixon's or Sam & Andy's, friendly service and good prices. Can't see it from the road so I hadn't tried it in the 5 years since I moved to Halls. Will definitely be getting more sandwiches from this place in the future.

Picked up two subs and mozzarella sticks to go! Ready when I got there and was SO YUMMY. First time trying it and was looking for a good place for steamed subs and man was it a good pick!

This place is great. Cool diner vibe matched with some tastey fresh made sandwiches really surprised the wife and I. We spoke with the 3 guys running the place, and are looking forward to our next visit to try their menu suggestions. The food was so good, pics were an afterthought

Stopped in on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and fries and it was made to perfection and very delicious. Met the owner and discovered it is a family owned business with another location in Corryton. The wait time was normal and the customer service was very professional and courteous. I will definitely be eating here a lot.

Great little spot in halls! Dine-in or carry-out! Order ahead of you've got the chance, they are busy 9/10! Which is a testament to how amazing the food is! I have yet to try something I didn't absolutely love! Attentive staff, friendly service, DELICIOUS food! Full marks for the areas best lunch/early dinner spot!

I had the cheese steak and my partner had an Italian sandwich. Both were very delicious. There was a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it. There's also a "build your own hoagie" option with loads of choices. We'll be going back for sure!

I found out about this place by word of mouth from John Hickman on FB. So I went on 8/24/23. Holy cow, the food was delicious! I got a roast beef on dark, fries, and sweet tea! They now have a new customer! I’m extremely picky about my fries, and sweet tea, and both were absolutely perfect. The hoagie was steamed perfectly as I had asked for an extra steam without it being soggy. I’m back on the ordering page because I’m thinking I may go back tonight for the club and fries, and of course sweet tea! If you love old style steamed subs…DO NOT PASS THIS PLACE BY! I might also say that the staff are as nice as can be! It was such a pleasure to eat at an establishment that the staff actually act like they want you there!! I can’t say enough good things about this little place! Well, I’ve said enough, let’s hope the club is also to die for!! 🧡🧡
EDIT: in 2 weeks I’ve eaten here 3 times. I’ve had the roast beef sub (from above), I’ve had the club sandwich and fries, also just as delicious, and tonight 9-11-23, I had the chicken sandwich with potato wedges, and sweet tea. Again, DELICIOUS!! My only thing is I would suggest eating there or picking it up yourself. Doordash doesn't get it to you very quickly for the most part, so while some things may still be slightly warm, they’re just not warm enough. Enough to take away from the food. Not the restaurants fault though.

I drove 33-35 minutes to try this place just because my friend had posted on Facebook about it. Let me tell you it was well worth the drive. The found was absolutely amazing and staff was so friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer and tell everyone about it. Great job guys!

Hoagie on dark with with Swiss cheese, extra meat, mayo, and jalapenos is the way to go! Crinkle cut fries and don't forget your pickle spear and banana pepper on the side. Great food!

Been here several times, get some thing different every time and has always been very good. Friendly staff, fresh and tasty ingredients. Good selection and fair prices. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places to eat in halls. The staff are always very friendly and so far I have no idea how they treat you when something is not made right because it has always been made right !!!!!!

I can't say enough about how incredible this place is. I have never had anything less than quick and courteous service. The food is amazing. It is the most fresh and flavorful sandwiches I've ever had. The price is almost a steal for quality of the food. 10/10. I love Sunrise Deli.

First time there when it opened today 4/9. A friend said we had to try it. They weren't kidding. Steamed Ham & cheese, Italian hoagie, plus a club sandwich which were excellent! Friendly local place to support and get a great meal! We will be back just like the other customer before us said!

First time trying this place and the food was great. The bread for the subs is so fresh. Service was great. Definitely will be going back.
