I cannot give enough praise to the Mac’s staff! I needed a medication compounded for my infant. After struggling with other large and local pharmacies to have it made, I have had such a wonderful experience with Mac’s. Matt made sure to go over the instructions with me and was gracious enough to flavor it so that my little one would take it well. I am so grateful for all of Matt’s help and for the other friendly staff I have interacted with. Their delicious Blackberry Butter Jam has been an added bonus to using Mac’s too! Highly recommend (the pharmacy and the jam ☺)!!

The entire staff at mac’s pharmacy is compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. In addition to being our friendly neighborhood pharmacy, they have become a vital part of my medical team. Any time I have had medication changes, I have always talked to the pharmacists for their advice. They have always been extremely well informed and always willing to help.

I Love Macs!! Brenda is the best and so is Matt. Ashley is pretty awesome. They are fast and very friendly. We have never had a problem with our medicines from there. I will use them forever!!

I Love Mac's pharmacy♥ It's the only hometown Mom & Pop Drugstore that still delivers even before COVID. The staff truly cares about your Medical needs and explain everything in detail with compassion. I was looking for lower prices on my medicines and went to several big chain pharmacies to no avail. The staff at Mac's is awesome! We had them come out and provide COVID vaccines to some of our residents. Matt was on time (early actually), very helpful, and communicated through the whole process with us. A huge THANK YOU from Holston Health and Rehab.

There is no choice when it comes to pharmacies. Mac’s takes care of everything for me. They remember my refills. They handle my vaccinations. They know me and my health history. Everyone knows your name when you walk through the door. They even deliver when I cannot pick up my prescriptions.

Mac’s pharmacy takes care of me and all my medications needs. When I walk in it feels like home. I am greeted by Brenda always with a smile and positive attitude. Mac and Matthew go above and beyond to make sure my meds are correct. If I have questions they are always available to answer them. I will always go to Macs pharmacy no Matter the distance from my home.

Everyone at Mac's Pharmacy Washington Pike location are always friendly, helpful, courteous and kind. Prescriptions are filled in a very timely manner and I've never received a wrong item . They also custom make/compound medications if you need something specialised. The staff is very knowledgeable about all medications and the products they carry and they have good recommendations if you need advice. They offer a delivery service to North Knoxville and all the delivery drivers are courteous. I highly commend all the people at this location!

In a year of ever increasing fears with Covid 19, I found that everyone at Mac's Pharmacy took all the precautions that were implemented to keep everyone safe and well. I could tell that I was always greeted with a smile even with their masks on. I could tell that everyone was happy to be there taking care of me and my family's needs in 2020. I'm looking forward in 2021 to seeing things improving with the vaccinations of people in the 🇺🇸 and abroad. Hopefully putting an end to this pandemic. Until then, I look forward to a very positive and safe experience at Mac's Pharmacy. Brenda! Brenda! Brenda! I went to Mac’s to obtain my flu shot. I was greeted by their entire front end staff, including the pharmacists on hand; Mac & Matthew and the so very pleasant cashier, Ms Brenda. The experience was very positive, the staff was warm in their welcome & thankfully, the flu shot was painless.

Best pharmacy in Knoxville. The staff is always polite and courteous. They are hardly ever out of any of my medications and are very helpful with counseling me for drug interactions. They deliver right to my door but I would rather visit the store because it's like visiting family. Very grateful for Mac's my hometown pharmacy!

I came to Mac's Pharmacy on Washington Pike immediately following the tragic loss of my Mom. They are the most caring people. They remembered me after the first time they filled my prescriptions and make my husband and I feel like family. They are professional and always listen to your needs.
