I came in because I was having a bad reaction to a new item I was using. I had gone to Target right before, however, I could not find what I was looking for and the people working there were rude and unhelpful. I came here as a last ditch effort. I could not find the item in the areas one would immediately think it would be in. I went to the cashier with my phone open to the item listed on their website that I needed, she sent me to the exact location that had it. I would've never thought to look there. Thank you for being kind and helpful. I rarely shop at Walgreens but this one has proven to be far superior to the local Target.

The pharmacy tech lady at the drive thru window was patient and kind. It was so backed up and busy, a very long wait. Looked like she was by herself. She took great care of me though, and was sweet to fetch me a bag of cough drops when I went to pick up my cough syrup. She did not have to do that being as busy as it was- went the extra mile ❤

The pharmacy tech at Walgreens on Millbrook Pike was so very patient and helpful. She went out of her way to help me sort through my Medicare and Advantage Insurance. She needs to be recognized as a valuable employee! Tom Moran

This is the best Walgreens in Knox that I've discovered! The store itself and employees make this location far superior to the one I was previously at. The employees make all the difference! It is so nice and refreshing to be greeted with a smile and asked if there's anything I need help with! Thank you everyone at this location and especially the pharmacy staff! I greatly appreciate all of you! Keep up the great work!

I have used this Walgreens for a very long time. It is very clean and physically attractive. I have always received excellent service.

I love this Walgreens. I usually go 3rd shift to pick up family medication. The app makes it easy to refill, and any problem we have ever had the pharmacist will help you sort it out, and that means a lot. They basically know my whole family by now. The store is nice inside also. Cashiers are always nice if you go in and pick up is easy as well. I never use any other pharmacy.

I came here to get a vaccine during the last appointment of the day. I was a bit nervous, but the pharmacist, Kat made the experience so pleasant. She made sure I was okay. She was so kind and didn’t rush me at all. I would never go out of my way to make a review for a random Walgreens if it weren’t for how wonderfully I was treated during my vaccine.

The staff is helpful and when most everywhere else had little to no business hours,the pharmacy drive thru stayed open 24/7. One night,I went thru the drive-thru to pick up medications and the kind lady 3rd shift pharmacist,offered to run out into the main store and get me something I needed. This meant so much to me. They have very hard jobs and those were very scary days for most,and she was even more kind than usual. It is people like her that make businesses great.

Just want to shout out to the employees at this location, especially the nice people working last night. Always so sweet. Give them a raise. It’s hard out here for a customer service worker these days.

The pharmacists and most of the pharmacy staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Their 24 hour drive thru allows safe access to any medicine you may need, and they work to get you the best price possible for medications. I recommend them for a pharmacy to anyone in the area.

Thank you to Pharmacist Mary for helping me make a more informed decision on how to treat my minor (but still bothersome) illness. I am delighted to be a Walgreens customer, and I greatly appreciate her wealth of knowledge she is willing to share to help me be well.

I just want to say to the management staff in the owners of this Walgreens you literally put CVS across the street to shave every time I go into your Walgreens store it's consistent always friendly the second you walk in your Pharmacy staff is friendly if you need any questions they're happy to answer you if you have any needs like you looking for things in the store your employees are top-notch.
If I could give you six stars I would because you deserve a lot more than that thank you for being my favorite Walgreens

This Walgreens has employees whom are very courteous, respectful, as well as ready and willing to help you with any needs you may have. I receive prescriptions rather frequently, and they're filled on time. However, there are moments when the pharmacy gets slammed with a lot of scripts, and this is something in which they have zero control over. These situations will require some discipline of aullts and diplomacy. If you have prescriptions to get filled and don't have time to wait for them at that particular moment. This is the reason for coming up with the beautiful idea calling to check if your scripts are ready, and picking them up through the drive through. Come on people get it together, some of us truly just want to find a reason to complain. Whether any of you know it or not it is a sin. Please read your Bible and get right with God before it's too late.

The night shift pharmacist are the best. And always so helpful. I wish i knew how to let them know how awesome they really are. They actually take the time to help you with what ever you need and are very helpful!

Staff that works here through night/morning shifts are always very nice. We come here a lot and it makes the our visits very pleasant.

Billie in makeup is very sweet, very patient, and a great asset to this company. Ppl seem to gravitate to her. (She's comforting. Duh) You can imagine how tiring that could be working in customer service surrounded by other representatives.

This is my neighborhood Walgreen's. I went to the clinic after being bitten by a spider. I was seen very quickly, the staff was great, and the doctor even followed back up with me a few days later to see how I was doing. Great experience!

They are sooo lovely and nice here! Never too crowded, never wait for more than a few minutes in line. I love it!

They’ve got a great new layout combined with Kroger. The staff are very friendly and attentive.
