Alyna F was our Tech and she was very efficient and helpful in helping us purchase and set up our new phones. Both Techs were very knowledgeable with many tips to share which made the wait time for new phones to merge/setup pass quickly. It was a positive experience!

Knowledgeable, patient, and well-organized! I came here on a weekday. The employees here at that time are knowledgeable, fair, friendly, patient, passionate, and honest about mobile technology.

Had the best experience in this store with getting my phone unlocked. The young man knew what he was doing and I hope he will get it paid back in return for his kindness and his knowledge especially to those of us who are older and need help from younger people like him who are in need of assistance from the smarter people out there. Wyatt was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Made us feel like welcome customers. Fantastic at his job. Our issues were fixed for us in less than 15 minutes, as was the woman in front of us. Overall fantastic store, attentive staff, and a great AT&T location.

Was hesitant about authorized retailers from the past UNTIL I accident sent my phone I ordered to this location. Wyatt was so much help and patient with me. He explained a lot of specs to me and even took the time to put my screen protector and accessories for me. Really appreciated the guys that worked in there. Super good energy and happy to help you out!

Went in for an Apple Watch on New Years day. I was helped by Aby. There were some issues during the purchase and setup of my watch but Aby was absolutely amazing! She got everything sorted out and working perfectly! Totally awesome Sales Associate!!!

Brandon was my helper and he got me at settled quick and easy. Very nice! Thank you Brandon! He is highly recommend! Once I got there people kept walking in asking for Brandon lol! So if you need help Brandon is the man!

Aby our salesperson was outstanding. Any time an issue came up she handled it with extreme professionalism and fixed the issue. I tend to avoid storefronts due to the over bearing nature but she was polite, helpful and made our experience amazing.

Went to get a new phone and transferred my number Wyatt was such a great help!!! He was pleasant, very very helpful and a pleasure to work with!!! Thank you so much for your help Wyatt!!!!

Stopped by today with a problem with the new screen protector I bought. Wyatt helped me get a new one and was very nice about me wanting to get it on there just right. Great employee and the reason I will go back to this store.

Dre was able to do his job and do it very well, so well that we drove 60+ miles to come back and sign up with him instead of going to our local store just 15 miles away. Now that is saying something about how much he helped us. We went to 2 other local stored, called 2 others and was online with another and no one helped us like he did! Jake the store manager was awesome as well! These guys make a great team and both need a bonus or a raise! Even stayed late at work, helping us get our new phone set up! We definitely appreciate them!!

Wyatt is undoubtedly the person who’s made difficult situations easy. He is very knowledgeable, calm, and an overall problem solver. I cannot thank him enough for working a situation that no one in AT&T customer service has been able to help me with. This young man would probably excel in the corporate world should he ever pursue it.

Zack and his team were very help to me when l had to change over to my new Samsung phone. Although Zack was extremely busy he stopped and took time to assist with my phone problems. I don't remember the other young man (an AT&T rep) name but he too was helpful. I've visited that site a couple of times and have always been treated with kindness and respect. That location is always my first choice for service. Thanks to the AT&T Team Members at that site.

We drove up from Texas to take our son, who attends OU, to upgrade our phones. I had read reviews and decided to go to the one on 12th street as they had the best reviews. They did not disappoint. These guys are hard working, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile. One of the phones that we needed was not in stock at their store. The manager drove over to another store and obtained the needed phone and brought it back to us. Wyatt and the other salesman were friendly, engaging, patient, and made sure we were all set up before we left. This was the smoothest upgrade we have done with ATT. I would definitely recommend this store! Thanks again guys!
