Black & White Coffee Wake Forest

I love stopping by Black & White when I’m in Wake Forest! I recently tried their coffee lemonade which is nitro cold brew with lemonade and it was nice and refreshing on a hot day. Their regular cold brew and pour overs are also great if you’re in the mood for black coffee. If you’re looking to pick up a bag of coffee beans, they have MANY varieties to choose from - and you can try them first as a pour over before committing to buying an entire bag. I would love to see more plant based options for food/pastries but there is an all-vegan bakery just down the road.

Love this shop. Great for working remotely for a few hours. Coffee is solid. Great craft coffee. Drove up from Raleigh to come to the main headquarters since they recently opened a new shop in DTR. staff is really friendly. Also I really enjoy the minimalist artwork. Definitely looking forward to coming again.

Great coffee! I love the artwork in the milk on hot lattes. The staff is always nice and I’ve never experienced the cafe being overcrowded. Great spot!

Excellent espresso.
The selection of frosted coffees was excellent. I do think they need to rotate their stock more often as some of the beans or roasted a month back.

Good drinks, ok vibe. Ordered the seasonal Scary Spice drink iced and it was flavorful, but not as much as expected.

I’m a huge coffee person and this place is what set me on my journey of single origin specialty coffee. I ditched the cream, ditched the sugar and learned to love coffee in its purest form...pour over and black. Of course they have great coffee drinks too, lattes, caps, chai, espresso, etc... and some great pastries. Highly recommend, love this place!

The coffee is absolutely amazing! While in line at target, a lovely lady recommended it and hyped this place up. Well, she and the coffee shop did not disappoint. If you want friendly staff, a clean space, and a cozy cup of coffee, this is the place. The staff is knowledgeable about the coffee which helps a ton! Would not recommend another place other than this one!

Spectacular Coffee in WF, OMG!!!

I am a bit of a coffee nut.. maybe bean is the better term?! This place is perfect! Their beans are amazing and the spot is ideal. The juxtaposition of modern niche organic coffee and espresso in the small town of Wake Forest is neat.

I’ve been lucky to be given a bag or two of Black and White Coffee Roasters for every holiday the last two years. My daughter loves the panda stickers and colorful labels.
The coffee is always exceptional and incredibly fair priced. I work as a coffee roaster in MI, and am so happy my family found this awesome company. Their customer service has been incredible when my family purchases, and coffee is always fresh when it’s delivered.

I was in the area for a work meeting and enjoyed trying black and white coffee for the first time. The staff were so nice and found a great spot to get some things done while I waited for my meeting to begin.

Comfortable place to sit and have a coffee or tea. Kind and friendly staff, and the coffee tastes great. Worth having a sit and enjoying a hot cup.

I had the pleasure of meeting Tia, the talented barista, on Labor Day, and she crafted an exceptional cappuccino that left me thoroughly impressed. Her attention to detail, from the perfect espresso shot to the velvety microfoam, resulted in a rich and aromatic cup of cappuccino that set the tone for a delightful holiday. Tia's skill and passion for coffee truly shone through, making my Labor Day morning extra special.

The coffee is amazing! The staff are so kind and warm. This place is a great find. There is a good deal of seating inside for those that may want to bring their computers and do some work. There is seating outside as well. I highly recommend!

This place is an absolute gem. My favorite thing is to try a new pour over every time I visit. The staff is always friendly and have always steered me in the right direction. The variety of packaged coffees is staggering. No matter what bag I have chosen, I have always thoroughly enjoyed the results.

Without a doubt, this is my favorite coffee stop in the triangle area.

Loved Black and White! I've had their coffee before but never had a chance to check out the shop until recently. Super cool space and the coffee is, of course, amazing. Shout-out to Trent for being so welcoming and kind!

Black and White coffee is basically that moment in Power Rangers when the individual rangers come together to form Megazord. (Or, if you like, that moment Lebron went to the Miami to from the Big 3). Kyle and Lem are both Barista World Champions who came together to make some of the best coffee in area. It's campion level coffee from people who won't be snobs about it to everyone who comes in. (But, if you want to geek out on taste notes, they'll be happy to oblige)

The space is small, but they are working to expand and remodel from the previous look when it was Back Alley Roasters.

Baked goods selection is usually limited, but what they do have is still strong (pun intended).

Tip: If the Berriti coffee is in season, get that. Also, word is they have an instant coffee packet coming that is changing the game (Use it for camping or keep it in your bag in case of a coffee-emergency )

Always amazing flavors, exquisite roasts and very knowledgeable baristas.

A regular stop for me each week for a unique 12oz batch brew, espresso drink or the current seasonal drink, which is crafted by these coffee specialists at this wonderful establishment.

Highly recommend a pairing with a pull-apart muffin, made available fresh from Strong Arm Baking… but buyer beware these perfectly sweetened muffins sell out early.
