Sam's Club Pharmacy

I couldn't be more happier with the customer service I get from the staff in the pharmacy. I live in Crossville (currently have my medication mailed to me) and in the beginning I turned to Sams Club in Knoxville because they saved me roughly $400 on my medicine a month compared to Walgreen's but I stayed because of the customer service. Shortly after I started using the Knoxville location the Cookeville Sams Club opened a pharmacy but it is nearly impossible to find the kind of customer service and Kindness that you see at this location, so as for me I will continue to use this location as long as this staff remains or new staff carriers on the same customer service. To any of you who live a good distance away like myself they now mail my medication to me and I rarely have to even make a visit to the store but the customer service is just as good over the phone. Thank you Sams Club Pharmacy for your great customer service and Kindness!
