Walgreens Pharmacy

Came in knowing that my antibiotic was going to be 140 dollars without insurance and was totally bummed out and down about that. Hallie in the pharmacy greeted me with a smile and when she looked up my antibiotic she said let me see what discounts I can find. Hallie saved me 100 dropping my medicine down to 40 dollars. Hallie you are an awesome person and I hope that you recieve all the good you deserve thank you so much.

The pharmacy is always very nice and pretty quick. The rest of the store is on par for a Walgreens.

The pharmacy staff are completely uncaring and robotic. Couldn’t be more disappointed in a healthcare/medical field worker

Updated to 4 star. Danny was very nice and answered all my questions. I wasn’t in the best of moods but he didn’t let it affect him and was fantastic. Made my night

This is the place to go if you have to. The other one is ridiculous.

Store is usually pretty stocked and organized but they are always short on cashiers.

The pharmacy is too slow, my mother needed a medication for her eyes and as usual it took over three hours longer than they originally said and if Mom hadn't gone up there in person she would have had to wait way longer still. This is common, last year I had to get some medicine for the flu I had just contracted and they made me wait over twenty four hours to get it. This is only two examples of a rather long list of complaints about this pharmacy. I avoid it like the plague and will NEVER give this pharmacy any more business at all!

I know everywhere is short staffed but wow the pharmacy is just never ready to handle more than a few cars. Most times I visit it looks like it's just a single tech running both lines at once.

Pharmacy staff was helpful and pleasant as ever - the 2 star review is for management to stop being a cheapo and hire an adequate amount of staff.

I'm traveling for vacation and stopped here today to fill a prescription. The employee who handled my drop off was friendly until she didn't recognize my insurance company and proceeded to explain they did not accept it and I would need to pay out-of-pocket. I explained this wasn't the case and she muttered to herself while typing "it's not like I don't have anything else going on" and after several minutes found the insurance was accepted. I was told 15-30 min and returned an hour later and it still wasn't ready. I had to provide my current address twice to update. Just unpleasant all-around.

Not sure why I keep coming here. Slowest pharmacy in Norman. 30 minutes in line just for them to say your prescription isn’t ready, despite being called in hours ago. This happens routinely.

After waiting 5 hours for a common prescription ,I had a coupon app for a medication discount. Although it was the same strength and number of pills , the clerk said they would have to charge more- my reg price. When I showed her the explaination- she said we don't do that. I only went here because my pharmacy was closed.
