AT&T Store

I went to 108 Tanner place to ask for help with my Wifi password at home. Jason was on top of every question I had and even caught me off guard by advising me of the new Samsung promotion coming up when I stated, just in passing, that I needed to upgrade! He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable! Keep him and give him a raise!

William is awesome ! 3rd time he has assisted me since being with AT&T and every time his customer service has been incredible

Store Rep was very polite and very knowledgeable about AT&T products and services. He was able to answer all my questions and now we have a plan setup for my upgrade and adding my sister to the account. 10/10 would recommend future customers to him and the Clinton TN store.

I was acknowledged the moment I walked in the store. Rep was very knowledgeable and respectful. Went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, was able to answer all of my questions and did not try to sell my anything I didn't need or want. The whole experience was very pleasant.

I can't say enough positive things about this location! My husband and I live in West Knoxville and drive to this location because their dedication to their customers! Ryan is amazing! Saved us around $30 dollars monthly by helping us switch to Uverse internet that is not only loads faster but answered any and all questions I had about it! This location is the best At&t around no contest!

The charging port on my iPhone 7 suddenly stopped working. I went in to see if AT&T had a way to fix the problem. I spoke with Dustin and Breanna about the problem I was having and they tested the phone to find the issue. Years of use had simply worn out the port. The store was able to upgrade my phone to a new iPhone and change my rate plan so that I ended up saving money. This store truly cares about their customers. Glad to see there is new management and that AT&T is turning this store around!

Got a Samsung watch. Went to 2 ATT stores they couldn’t sync the # on the watch and the mobile number together. The girl at one of the stores told us to go to Best Buy, and this watch was bought thru ATT Called ATT , 2 reps could not walk us they and sync. Went to the Clinton TN store and William was awesome. Took some work but he got it done. Very nice and VERY knowledgeable. He said he had only worked there 4 months but was GREAT. They need more like him!!

Super awesome store. The staff is very educated and you can tell they have a passion for what they do. They actually know what there talking about and will find anyway to save you money.

Awesome store to go to! Way better than any other store around. The Oak ridge store always has rude workers and they never help you out! But this store is 10x better! I would always recommend going to this store

The store didn't have what I needed but told me where I could get it. One way was to a nearby store for $20 and then gave me the main company phone number to get it for free.

Jason and Mason were very helpful today with a problem on both of our phones! Great place and great staff.
