The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zachary Smith always takes the time to make the patients feel comfortable and explains items in detail. I would recommend to a friend or family member.

This clinic is one of the best I've ever visited. First off, everyone is incredibly kind, patient and considerate. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and it is usually possible to schedule an appointment for the next day as long as you have no doctor preference. And lastly, there is always a nurse available to talk to you incase you have questions before scheduling an appointment or after scheduling one and still have additional questions. I have not had any negative experiences with any staff, nurses, or doctors. I think the others that have given the negative reviews might have used a broad brush.

I printed off the wrong form for my sons physical, which I needed filled out that day. The receptionist was kind enough to offer me her personal e-mail, so I could e-mail it to her and then she could print it off! Not very often do people go out of their way like that. And, I love, love, love Dr. Komives and her nurses! They are always thorough and listen intently to my concerns. Excellent care!

The reception staff, nurses, and doctors are all wonderful! My children and I switched to Duke Primary and we absolutely love it! We have never experienced a long wait time, they are always very prompt with patient referrals, they take time to listen to your issues and give you understandable and accurate information to solve the problem. I will definitely refer friends and family to this office!

Dr. Crowder is the best. My son is 2 years old and autistic so finding a doctor that works well with him and is understanding was a struggle. He has taken the time to get to know both of us and works quickly when checking ears or lungs as my son doesn't like to be touched. He is pretty much always available when I need to see him and I'm even switching over to him for my regular care as well. I definitely recommend him for anyone but definitely for children. He is very good with them and nothing has gone unnoticed or untreated for my son.

Duke Primary Care has the best employee's and doctors Ever! Dr. Chad Crim and his nurses Crystal being one of them are truly fantastic!!! There is another nurse but I can't remember her name :(. I don't feel like just another patient when I have my appointments. Everyone Explains details or questions very thoroughly. They always care about me as a person! I would recommend Duke Primary Care a million times to anyone. Everyone is awesome and I always leave with the biggest smile on my face no matter what! Thank you to the staff for taking care of me!!!

I see Dr. Kavita Patel and she is excellent. She always listens to what I have to say and takes the time to explain things. She also genuinely seems to care about me as a person and not just as one in a long list of patients she sees. I was also impressed that she reduced the dosage of my diabetes medication when my HbA1c readings indicated that my blood sugar levels had fallen to the low normal levels. She later took me off the medication entirely as my blood sugar stayed good and just continues to monitor it regularly.

We have been going here for years and they have always been great but today they really showed how great they are my dentist called while at my sons appt and they only had one opening left and the doc made sure he worked fast enough but did everything he needed to, to make sure we made it to get my dry socket fixed . I had a appointment at 4:00 pm for a quick lab visit. I got there right at 4:00 signed in and began to wait till they called me back. Twenty five minutes into my wait the front desk lady Beverly Thornton noticed that I was still waiting. She said she was sorry I was still waiting and she was going to see what the hold up was after she finished checking in the people waiting in line. When she got done with the incoming patients I was still waiting and it was 40 minutes into my wait on not a doctor but just lab. She said that was crazy and she was sorry she would go see what the problem was. After she checked with the lab I was taken right back. I just wanted to say I have never had a front desk person as nice, concerned, and as helpful as she was. Beverly Thornton is a true asset to your practice.

I have been seen by different Drs. here, and a few other Duke PCP offices over the years and I have nothing bad to say. I recently started to see Kavita Patel and she is great!! My sons see her as well! I would recommend this office!

Great facility, and the wait times are awesome! Johnathan Weeks is a great provider to be your PCP! You don’t feel rushed and he is very thorough.

Dr. V. Fowler and Dr. S. George. It would be hard to find a better Physician than either of these two. The staff, from check in to check out, are exceptional. I would highly recommend Duke Primary to anyone in need of a primary care physician.

I absolutely love this place !! Both of my kids go to Dr. Crowder and he and his nurses are the best !! I haven't had any problems with him or his nurses , so I most definitely recommend Dr .Crowder especially for kids !!

My family followed Dr Fowler from Duke Primary Care in Mebane to the Hillsborough location and continue to receive the absolute best care available!! Thank you!
