We had a terrible incident with our vehicle while we were out of town in Washington, DC over a holiday weekend. Kelly literally saved us and got us and our vehicle all the way back to Durham, NC the very next day. I have never experienced customer service like this before. He answered our calls and pleas for help on a Sunday morning and got us taken care of and back home the very next day, which was Labor Day Monday.
