Dr. Weeks is HORRIBLY unprofessional!! Had to schedule my appointment a year out (for the 2024), and I just got a TEXT that she has canceled my appointment and she's decreasing her hours and will take additional months to get an appointment with her ... 🫡

I never had the opportunity to actually have an appointment with Dr. Weeks. She had several high stars in reviews and made an appointment to establish a primary care physician in the area. I recently moved here and have to restart all of my physicians. I scheduled an appointment in March for July 26th as that was the first appointment available for new patients. In late June I was told that Dr. Weeks had to reschedule my July 26th appointment as she was taking a vacation day. I have no problem with someone taking a vacation day but she now couldn't see me until November 15th! I'm sorry, but if the physician cancels they should work the schedule to see you as soon as possible. I took the November 15th appointment and now just got a call that she will once again need to cancel my appointment and now can't see me until January of 2023 - this would be close to a year from when I made the first appointment. I understand that she is busy but Dr. Week's approach to new patients is completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I will not make anymore appointments with Dr. Weeks and if you are a new patient trying to get in. Good luck - schedule a back up because you will need it.

I have had a terrible experience for my first telehealth physical exam with Dr. Weeks. The office insisted that we do a telehealth appt which given the current COVID situation we agreed to. My conversation with Dr. Weeks was a very casual discussion of my health history. I am 29yrs, a fairly healthy individual with a HX of hormonal imbalance. I have known my condition for 10 years. In no way did I ask Dr for her opinion or suggestion for my condition. I have discussed this with my previous providers as well. But she decided to SUGGEST some blood work, which I did not get done. 2 weeks later I am charged a bill of $300 stating that my Dr's SUGGESTION is considered a diagnostic visit from a regular physical. When we decided to discuss the matter the billing dept and office kept referring us to each other and the matter was not resolved. I have even sent the Dr a msg on the pt portal but there was no reply. It was ridiculous to see how a regular health discussion was twisted to call a diagnostic visit and how they dealt with the whole situation.
