Dunkin'

While I don't personally indulge in coffee or donuts – attributing it to my dedication to maintaining healthy skin – my mother occasionally enjoys them. We recently embarked on an 11-hour trip and, given the necessity for her to stay alert, we consulted Google for the nearest Dunkin' Donuts. This particular location stood out for its exceptional service.

Upon our arrival, the staff, notably Lia, warmly welcomed us, took our orders, and patiently addressed our inquiries. What truly impressed us was Lia's unwavering kindness. It's a testament to the fact that excellent customer service doesn't always require exuberance or a perpetual smile. LIA exemplified this with her exemplary service.

Should my travels lead me back to Greensboro, I wouldn't hesitate to revisit this establishment solely to experience Lia's outstanding service once more. We are genuinely grateful for her kindness and the exceptional service she provided.

Want to say thank you to the store manager and the gentleman in the red holiday sweater for helping me with my order. The young lady that gave me my coffee has always been sweet to me n nice. Thanks you again n happy holidays

I stop in almost every morning for a coffee and sometimes doughnuts for my employees.always perfect! The staff is always friendly and prompt. The new manager there has really made a difference also. She not only works hard but greets you with such a pleasant sunshine smile..if you see a long line ,don't pass them by! They move it quickly. Thanks to all of you for helping start my day off with a smile.

Visited this Dunkin Donut on two occasions and found the service through the drive through to be pretty quick. There were 6-cars in the drive thru line when I arrived both times. The line moved quickly and I was on my way in less than 10-minutes. The donuts fresh as was the coffee. Both were tasty and very good. The employees that I encountered promptly greeted me through the speaker and at the window. They were very pleasant and professional. All things considered My experience at this Dunkin Donut was very positive.

I love this Dunkin! They have always been so nice and have it together! A couple of times I did a mobile order and the drive thru line was long, but they actually brought it out to me! I appreciate they went above and beyond!

I went through this dunkin drive-thru between 10-10:30 this morning and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had there! I didn't catch the name of the guy that helped us but he was amazing.

Anne was GREAT considering it was only her and another new employee! Dunkin recognize and appreciate the TWO employees that were there on a 4th of July holiday. Very short staffed but still managed to provide customer service with a smile!

I appreciate this location bc it seems like all the others ones,esp the one in High Point ,always have a broken espresso machine and can't properly make standard drinks. So I don't bother anymore and drive out further to this one. The people are always friendly and the drinks are made correctly.

Thank you so so much for being so polite. Every other DD I’ve been too in the high point and Greensboro area are not very pleasant and sometimes very rude. The way you greet your customers is very important and I’m impressed with this DD. I’m just happy I have found one that I will look forward to buying my favorite drink from!! Words can’t describe how much I love this place.
I moved here from NY and love Dunkin and I was sad to see they aren’t many down here. I found this one and am at it quite a bit. The staff here are great (They also need to bring Lynn back).
I usually get an everything bagel with cream cheese, and I guess I have a problem because the staff will remember me and knew what I was going to get before I got from my car to the front door. Then I started to get lazy and use the drive through, but they will always recognize me and say hi and ask me how I’m doing. That’s good business.

Can't even choose the best staff member because they're all SO nice at this location. It's not just, "have a good day." If you're personable then they are right back and that's so beyond what they get paid for. I really appreciate them helping me choose better coffee choices and remembering my usual go-to choice!

After getting a cup of hot milk from another location, the manager was kind enough to remake my drink even though they are franchises. I desperately needed the caffeine! Thank you

I stop by this Dunkin’ Donuts every week on my way to work. They are timely most of the time and have pretty quick service. They have only messed up my order once out of the many times that I have been there. Most of the employees seem nice as well

The green tea Matcha latte is just as good as the one at Starbucks🌞! Also just a plain hot coffee with cream and sugar is sooo good!
The munchkins were so good and so fresh--- 10 for $2 and some change.
Customer service was very good.

Staff was friendly, service was fast, food was exactly as I requested. Needs better signage on National Service Road showing route to Dunkin' Donuts. Easy to access from Thorndike. Nice clean and relaxing place.

Drive thru in the morning on the way to work. Staff are always friendly, cold brew coffee is always perfect, sandwiches are hot, donuts are yummy. Service is fast and accurate. Great store!

Gig delivery traveller all over NC. This Dunkin is always q pleasure to get orders from when I stay in the area. Above and beyond without having to ask q single question.

Great dunkin donuts. They have never messed up my order. Other's have unfortunately.
