Customer service is amazing! Love the place I don't go anywhere else

2 or 3 yrs ago. I bought a cig machine from here. And man it was a great machine. I'm still using it , without having done any repairs or maintenance. I recently have been using it less. Just cause I'm slowly quitting smoking. For health reasons only. If I were to tell anyone still looking for quality items for smoking. I would tell u there's only one place..... And that's here!!!!
I regret to say , I hope not to be a ongoing customer.

Love this shop!!! especially since heather has taken over management the store is so much cleaner and organized she's always super friendly and always willing to help out her customers. This is my spot to get all of my tabacco needs check it out I'm sure you will have a great experience

The staff are sweet and know there stuff. They treat you like family and make sure you understand what you need to know. If all tro had staff like them more people would do good.

The man there was very friendly and helpful. I have no clue about cigars! He helped me through.

Great service. Decent walk-in humidor with a modest selection of cigars. This is a real tobacconist, not a vape store that sells cigarettes. Conveniently located, decent prices. Would like to set more variety in cigars.
