Excellent customer service. The store was clean and organized. I had problems getting my supplies. The associates figured it out. Great experience.

I have come here every semester for the past year and a half and everyone was really helpful. On busy days the lines can be long but as soon as you get to the front they help you very quickly. It also helps they have a card before you enter to write down the classes to speed up your process.

We did an order to be picked up.The process was fast and easy and the cashier was very organized and fast. Then we came back to get a backpack and supplies and was surprised about how quick it was. The cashier Tieshia was super fast and helped make the process very easy. The maintenance staff Daniella I think her name was nice and let me into the restroom as she was finishing up cleaning. The bathrooms were very clean.

The staff was very kind, patient, and helpful. The floors were clean and the building gives off a new modern vibe. Lots of great trinkets to pick up while waiting in line to pay.

The staff made sure that the environment was safe. They have an efficient way of taking care of the customers. They are very knowledgeable and eager to assist. They made getting my books and supplies an easy, comfortable experience. I am very grateful for their help.

Staff is normally upbeat and pleasant. There is normally someone walking around willing to help you figure out what you're looking for as well. They get out orders rather quickly when ordering online which is a plus because I hate driving across town to go in the bookstore at the beginning of classes.

Dispite the back to school rush, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It took longer to check out than to get what I needed. Great customer service and I liked the system for telling you which register is available.

Entire staff was extremely courteous and friendly. They go above and beyond to help you. They exemplify the definition of good customer service.

Went in to get my student ID. Friendly workers with a fun attitude who got me in and out really quickly with what I needed.

First time going in to purchase books and ALL OF THE STAFF WAS AMAZING AND FRIENDLY. Love how genuinely friendly they were, it's the little things especially in this pandemic.

They have recently moved things around and made some improvements. Now all you need to do is fill out what classes your in, hand off the paper and while you browse they will gather your required text books for you!
