Quality Inn is a fine establishment. The Mrs.Kajal and Mr.Jovon are wonderful people. They care about their guests and employees, and strive to ensure excellent customer service in every aspect. If you are looking for a hotel, please check them out. I promise you won't regret it.

I'm always very happy with my experience at quality inn clean and great employees. This one in particular is right by the road it super loud .I thought they was filming the new fast and furious movie non stop loud bikes cars but that's my only complaint ..Def recommend especially if your deaf 😆

Hard working & helpful staff also management is reasonable towards any situation as long as you communicate with them anytime I needed something they delivered or went above and beyond to do so that’s goes for both the workers & owners no matter who I go to I’m in good hands

This hotel met all of my expectations. The staff was fast and friendly. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The rooms have a homey feel..like a home away from home. Newly renovated so that's a plus too

It baffles me that there are so many bad ratings. Since the renovations this hotel has been my go-to. Whether it's for a day or two or sometimes even a month or longer. The location is perfect and you won't find a hotel at this rate with such understanding management and in this location! The staff is always friendly, and if you want a luxury hotel maybe book a Hilton or the Embassy or something, just saying 🤷🏻‍♀

The staff is very friendly & you can always go to them with any concerns about anything. Rooms are always clean. I've never had any issues here very quite hotel & it's around everything mall across the street starbucks all kinds of different food options to chose from . I always enjoy my stay here

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Very amazing people here from the owners managers employess and I mean every single one of them are just amazing caring people.thabk you all so much

Been here for months and everybody here knows me by name. Every time I'm going through something they always lookout for me and they keep their word. It's been nothing but quiet for me and every time I need sleep I've always got it uninterrupted day or night. I will miss these folks for real once I leave this place and the staff have been nothing but good to me.

Visiting with family who needed a location close to their daughter's graduation venue. Couldn't have found a better location right next to the mall and so many restaurants within walking distance.

This is my favorite place to stay.James and angel are always friendly and helpful

The room was ok. We've been here several times picking up the grandkid. It's slowly getting better now that they've done a bunch of renovations. The TVs and beds still need to get better though.

They were doing some much needed repairs.
The elevator wasn't working well.

It's not bad, we stayed one night, on the first floor and the room was clean, the bathroom was clean too.

They take care of you .....

Front desk guy was such a a pleasure! As was the maintenance guy. They made sure everything in the room was working right and helped my husband park as he was towing a 20ft trailer. Rooms were okay and beds were comfy. The only negative is Breakfast.. it was a huge disappointment unfortunately. It's a beautiful set up and looks like it is so much more, but we came down the next morning to be met with only waffles, cereal and yogurt.

Rooms are cool. Clean with upgraded floors. It is over priced. They do not offer an extended stay rate. The hold is $100 which is extremely high the Marriott and Embassy hold is only $25.
