My fiancé and his family were traveling to Carolina Beach for the weekend and had a small issue with his truck that wouldn’t allow us to go any further. They were working after business hours and went above and beyond to help! They didn’t take advantage of us for being stranded either. They were very reasonably priced and got us back on the road in no time! Highly recommend doing business here if you get the chance to do so.

Can’t say enough good things about this crew. My wife and I were on the way from Charlotte to OBX with our 2 yr old and we had truck issues while pulling our 10000 lb camper. Truck went into limp mode and we looked up auto places. The auto store across street recommended these guys. They rushed out soon as we got there and helped us diagnose and fix our truck immediately. They understood the severity and urgency and jumped on it even though it was after 5 and they had other cars there. Nick and Jeremy were easy to deal with knowledgeable and very fair. Truck ran like a top after that and we will be forever grateful for them and their compassion and experience. We’d have been screwed without them for sure. Just wish they were closer to home I’d use them every time!

I live in Wilmington, and was very excited to purchase a 2001 Ford Ranger here, and the people that I interacted with were kind and seemed very reasonable. After driving the vehicle for less than a week and less than 100 miles the transmission gave out. I had to have it towed, so I had it towed to the transmission shop that I trust to do the work I expect (Econo Transmission, a very reputable business who has helped myself and many others I know). I emailed to request that this company reimburse half of the cost of the repair, which felt like a reasonable request. They told me that had I called them first and taken it to their transmission people, they would have tried to help. However, my trust in this establishment is obviously reduced based on the fact that they sold me a faulty vehicle, so I only trust my mechanic to help. Also, that they would 'try to help' didn't inspire a lot of faith either. To give credit where credit is due, I did sign as is paperwork. However, buyer beware. In a world where money is tighter all the time, a $2300 repair on a vehicle that was just purchased is unacceptable. It is their right to do business however they see fit, and to refuse to help unless I use their shop for the repair. However it is also my right, and even my responsibility, to warn potential customers to consider purchasing their vehicle somewhere else. Again, the employees were polite and respectful, however, my $5000 vehicle just became a $7500 vehicle. I have to recommend not purchasing a vehicle here.
