This pharmacy is so much better than the CVS on Owen drive. They never seem to begrudge filling my narcotic pain meds like Melanie (3rd shift pharmacist at CVS Owen dr). I’ve never been denied my rx because of a new guideline or bc they need to ask the dr a question about the medicine and it’s Saturday morning, no dr in till Monday so ur out of ur meds till office opens,(again, this is what Melanie @ CVS, Owen dr did.) That was the breaking point for me, I changed to Walmart and I’m still happy I did.
The moral of this review I’ll share one more time….DONT GO TO CVS ON OWEN DRIVE FAYETTEVILLE NC WHEN MELANIE IS WORKING 3rd shift pharmacist!!!!!yes, CVS has a nice review from me also 😉

Other than the occasional long line I've got no complaints.

I give Walmart Pharmacy a 3 because generally I dont have any concerns. I did however pick up 2 prescriptions earlier this week, and I discovered when I got home one of my prescriptions was not in the bag. I went straight home (less than 3 miles) from Walmart. The meds had not fallen out in my car nor were they in the bag. I spoke to Rhonda at the pharmacy and she informed me they showed in their system that the meds were packaged. I inquired if there was a video showing that the meds were packaged and she said, "Actually there is." The person who reviews would be in at 11am and she would call me after he reviewed the video. I did receive a call back that the meds were placed in the bag. With that said, I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED! But what I will encourage people to do is CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I went through the drive thru and I wish I had checked the bag before I pulled off, but that was my mistake. I am just sharing this incident to help someone else.

Didn't like the pharmacist he was rude and smart mouth

Always a problem with refills and new prescriptions. Medicines for pick up are thrown out two days before the deadline, multiple times. Investigation with my doctor's office reveals pharmacy employees most likely delete my refills, regularly.

This happens all the time, to probably more than just me and negatively affects folks health.

**To the employee(s) that throws out the pickups two days early and deletes refills: Don't take it out on others because you hate your job. Have some self respect.**

Today my fiance had trouble with getting one of her prescriptions. The pharmacist was rude and accused her of abusing her medicine. They all are rude and seems like no one knows what they are doing. I will be letting other people know about this problem .. 😡😡😡

After waiting for 30 mins for someone to answer a phone each time I call, I always have some issue or another with this pharmacy and getting my medicine. They either have a hard time communicating with my doctor or cannot fill my medicines till the next day. Something that should be easy is made difficult by them constantly. One of my medicines is a beta blocker due to a heart condition I have, so them messing around constantly is no joke. Just switched to walgreens to avoid this again.

Horrible, horrible service. The pharmacist was extremely rude. Got a text that 4 of my medications were ready, got there and the lady was like “well this is the only medicine we have.” My blood pressure meds which are overdue and were supposed to be ready were not and they told me it won’t be ready until tomorrow after 1. What kind of mess is that.Every time they tell me it will be ready, I come after the time they say..1:00 and guess what, never ready.

They have a policy where they won't fill a prescription your Dr sends until you either call or come in person. I did both and still ended up waiting 5 "one more hours" before someone woke up and told me they didn't have my child's prescription in stock. So upset- and they still act like it's my fault and tell me I should call around to find who has it.

Really bad service. I have called for a week to get my script changed to this wal Mart and I was told I would get called back. Still no call. I need my prescription filled!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely no customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
