Excellent!! I am a homeowner who had a small arm repair needed on my couch (my dog chewed it). It was my first "big girl" couch so I was upset. :) Nicole, John (the owner himself came to my house), and the whole crew were so easy to work with! This is not typically the kind of work they take on but they made an exception and I was very grateful. They transported the couch to and from their shop for me to sew the fabric on. They were communicative with me the entire time, the work was beautiful, and the price was very reasonable. The communication began with them last year and I was only recently able to get the project taken care of. They remembered me! Top Notch!!

I have never been to the place. High priced , filthy store. Like I said I have never been to the place. How should I know?
