I love this place, the doctors are kind and high quality, and to make things even better, the wait times are negligible to nil. To add icing to the cake, you can book appointments online at any time which is faster and easier than calling (not that calling to schedule an appointment is difficult or slow)! I myself have been going to this location since I was around 15, I'm 28 now.

I wish more doctors officers were like Community Family Medicine!

My wife and I have been going East Chatham, now North Carolina Community Family Medicine since the mid-1980s. Throughout that time I believe we both been very pleased with virtually all aspects of the service that we have received there. The doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses are all very attentive and listen to what the patient has to say. I know it can be frustrating to sit and wait longer than you might have expected to get in and see a caregiver; but what this usually means is that the doctor/nurse is taking more time with the previous patients and such systems usually"officially" allot to a visit. Practice managers may not want Dr. to spend more than 12 minutes per patient but in some cases to get a complete understanding of what's going on a Dr. may well spend 15, 20,30 minutes which I certainly am not going to begrudge either the doctor or the earlier patient. I've had excellent diagnoses, sometimes on rather tricky conditions; and when called for the referrals that I've been given for specialized treatment (surgery, arththritis, pulmonology) have been uniformly excellent. My main complaint which is pretty trivial is that I wish they'd have Wi-Fi in their building

They are friendly and it's a great office to go to. But calling them and speaking to them on the phone they are rude. I called and a lady Kim answered and she was very rude like she hated her job. She really don't need to answer they phone.

Good luck on getting your prescriptions refilled! Takes an act of "God" or a office visit to get it done. Don't bother calling, does no good. Poor patient care on the part of some of the physicians at this location. Seemingly no concern if patient's in pain or not. Really disappointed in the care and treatment.
