Chick-fil-A

Been here multiple times in the last yr I've been living here. I prefer to use the drive thru more than going inside but they are always moving fast and nice, never had a wrong order or nothing. But this review is to highlight the chicken biscuit I got this Sat around 1010am. It was THE best chicken biscuit I have ever ate or got from a chick fila in my life... granted I don't normally eat chicken biscuits... and honestly can't remember if I ever or when the last time I ate one from chick but decided I wanted one. Everything was cooked perfectly... the biscuit had a little crisp to it, the chicken was juicy and sweet... the cheese to egg melt was the perfect combination. Man. Pains my heart to be writing this on a Sunday morning but it was great.

I also started getting my ice coffees from here but they usually have clunky white stuff in them so when I asked about it they said it's because they aren't allowed to shake it, weird? So since I order online I just ask them to shake it when I get in the drive through line.

Chick-fil-A has always provided great service, they never ceases to amaze me, and the handling of orders are spot on, even on the busy times, they keep it clean, well organized, and yes, friendly because it's their pleasure.

Update 24 Jan 24. Service was amazing! Everybody was friendly and polite. I got my food fast and it was excellent. Glad to see they've turned this place around.

To be fair, the drive through was busy, but the lobby was a bit trashed and stayed that way for the hour we were here. I wiped some slightly dried ketchup off the chair and table we wanted to sit at that would accommodate my family of 5. That ketchup had been there for a while. Inside was not that busy so I'm not sure why that hadn't been addressed. They "missed" the part where I asked for a deluxe #1 so while my family ate, I waited 5 minutes for my replacement sandwich. The staff was somewhat polite but no smiles or eye contact like I typically get here. Usually the amazing smiles and customer service really lift my spirits but today it was like everyone was having a case of the Mondays (it was Tuesday @ 4:30). The replacement sandwich came cold but strangely the cheese was not melted, but they did replace me with the upgraded sandwich at no additional charge. My waffle fries were cold also. This was NOT a terrible experience compared to most fast food places here in town, but compared to every other Chik-fil-a visit I've had, this was the worst.

Got my chicken sandwich in the drive through, and they had it ready before I even got near the window. Even at peak lunch hours, they are really on top of things.

The food came out hot and fresh as usual. The prices were reasonable. The employees were helpful and accommodating. Would recommend you stop by.

Every Chic-fil-A is impressive, this one is no different. There was a huge line that they got through in no time. After I placed my order, it only took the time of me counting all TEN front of house staff to receive my food.

I have been to this location many times and often sauce is missing, today I spoke to an employee named Allie about my concerns and she personally apologized and made sure my experience was perfect. Recommend asking for her if you need anything she is so sweet and helpful.

Lunch time is always crowded, but the line moves pretty fast. The food is always great and served with cheer. The restaurant is always clean and if mess is made is cleaned quickly. Play area is great, kids have loads of fun but is extremely germy.

We were met with the sweetest cashier. I never go here because its always super busy. Everybody is “good morning”. Food is hot and salad is fresh. Elizabeth was the sweetest most helpful cashier. Thanks for a good morning Chick-fil-A.

What is there to say? It's Chick-fil-A! The name says enough. Each time I have been this week (3k the service is still quick. I also park for curbside and have no issues. The order is always correct and the people are nice.

What can I say its Chick-fil-A... I got the grill nuggets, the waffle fries, and the original chicken sandwich... With a large lemonade... The grill nuggets are like nothing else tho, if you know you know🤫...

Always great service and fresh food never a complaint

I love how friendly all the people that work there are. I usually do the drive thru and live it. This time I went in, it is the first time ever. It was very crowded. I never knew that BUT it was still being kept clean and the workers were all very friendly, efficient and clean polished ( no wrinkles, no stained uniforms or clothes) and happy looking.

It's always so busy here. But regardless of that you still get your food in a timely matter.

Never disappointing. Love spicy chicken sandwich. Wish they would make spicy strips and nuggets.

I tried their breakfast for the first time and it was delish!!! I'm a simple lady and the chicken breakfast burrito was perf!
Chick-fil-A is always clean, courteous and efficient. This location did not disappoint.

THE PLAY PLACE IS BACK!! After 2 years of insanity, kids can be kids again. The new store operator, Cody Hopper, personally came up to my family and invited my kids to be the first ones to play. They were so excited!! Apparently, he took over this Skibo Rd location three months ago and re-opening the play place was one of his big goals. We’re really thankful. My 5 year old freaked out, saying how he’s never been able to play in a place place his entire life and this was the best day of his life (he was only a toddler when everything shut down). The store also looks great and Cody was out there sweeping and keeping everything running smoothly during the lunch rush. Gotta love servant leadership.

Second time there and the service blew my mind it was very cool and the food was timely and good

My 5 kids, Uncle and I went here to get some ice cream. The cashier lady was very nice and patient with my 5 kids who couldn't make up their minds what they wanted. The bathrooms and dining area was clean and they were cleaning while we were there. My favorite part is they have a place set for the 13 fallen soldiers that died in Afghanistan ❤

Bre and John are so friendly and fast! Our food was hot, fresh, and our milkshakes are perfect! Even though there's lines out the door and in the drive-thru every customer is served with a pleasant smile and handed their food in minutes
