Classic Collision

I was involved in a hard rear end collision that pushed me into the car in front of me. They fixed my bumper, my camera, my front scuffing and many more things involved. The receptionist, Renee was charming and professional!! My favorite part was her….and getting my car back. It took 3 months to get my car in (they are busy!) but I’m so glad I waited and didn’t go elsewhere. I highly recommend CarStar in Pittsboro, NC!

Called here to Inquire about getting an estimate for insurance. The advisor took the time to walk me through the while process and advised they would be more than happy to help. Have not used them for repairs yet but would not hesitate

I had my car towed to this facility thinking it would be repaired. Insurance ended up totalling the vehicle, but carstar kept me fully informed along the way with plenty of updates. They made the experience bearable as I am ridiculously attached to that car. 100 stars!

Very pleased with my experience. Repairs were done very well. Staff is very professional and communicates throughout so I was aware of the progress on my vehicle. I was given daily updates. Work was finished on time. Would definitely use Car Star Pittsboro again.

I appreciated how the entire staff kept me informed frequently about the progress that the shop was making on my repair job. They went way out of their way to get my car to me before leaving on a trip. They even arranged to get my car inspected and oil changed. Now that was amazing service! My car looked brand new when they finished. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal service! State farm recommended Carstar in Pittsburgh to get our car fixed. Their services was phenomenal! The tect guys washed my car, vacuum, wash&wax my rubber floor mats!!! As a flower farmer my car is dirty with dirt and flower crumbs! To receive my car back super clean really made my day. Renee was super sweet and very very informative! I took in my car to this shop upon recommendation from their Chapel Hill branch since they were backed-up. Renee at front desk was just great and although I had some issues that required me to take the car back in, Billy was ready to to listen, provide a rental car while they worked on correcting the issues and return the car in a timely manner. My only recommendation is that they institute a quality control system and better oversight on their technicians to ensure that certain things are not overlooked during the first repair. But they do good work and I have nothing but respect for business owners who stand by their work and are willing to provide recourse if the customer is not satisfied.

Took my truck in after hitting a deer. Was done in timely manor with many text updates on my truck. Every one was very friendly and outgoing. Would highly recommend this shop.

They did an excellent job buffing and polishing my new Corvette. The previous owners left it underneath pine trees which dropped lots of sap on it so some of the pits didn't come out, otherwise the paint looked brand new! I loved the friendly and professional service Chip extended to me and the others working there also were interactive with me which spoke volumes to me concerning their customer service. I highly recommend this place!

They have repaired and painted two of my everyday drivers and their entire process from start to finish was flawless. You will get notified during all the phases of the job by their awesome secretary. We have many projects that we will be taking to them for repairs. Stopped by spontaneously to get estimate to repair my car which was keyed. Office staff checked it out and got repair personnel. He buffed it out right then while I waited with the office staff socializing and laughing. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Told me I could come visit anytime. Great day!!!

Chip and Stella were both personable and professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them with no questions asked. Shop did an awesome job with repairs. Absolutely FLAWLESS work!!! Thank you and your crew for a wonderful experience. Will definitely use them again but I sincerely hope that will not be necessary 🙂

After a incident involving a deer with my vehicle, I took my vehicle here. My sister had previously taken hers here and they did a great job. Their was a few small things that led to the time being longer than expected to get the job completed but it wasn’t CarSmart’s fault. A deer decided to T-bone me and did a lot of damage to the driver side of my Lexus ES. Carstar CarSmart in Pittsboro did a wonderful repair, replacing or repairing dents on front quarter panel, both doors, windshield. They always kept me up to date on progress. Insurance company recommended them and having Enterprise next door was so convenient. Paint job was exceptional especially considering it was the pearl white color. End product is a beautiful job. Have to recommend them with 5 stars! Thanks so much!
