I want to thank Mr Doug for accepting me without a scheduled appointment. He diagnosed the problem with my daughter's car and had me on my way in no time. This is incredible considering that it was a day after a tropical storm came through the Pittsboro area. He very kind and informative. Thanks again for your impeccable service.

We were out of town and air conditioner went out. He looked at it on Monday and gave us estimate and ordered parts and fixed it by Thursday so we could head back home to Ohio. It is working great! Would definitely recommend Doug! Thank you!

I had a very pleasant experience. I called 5pm on Monday I had an appointment booked for 9am the next morning. I was able to drop my car off and pick it up on my lunch time. Very fast efficient and great communication. I had received a wheel alignment it took about a hour. :)

I've been going to Doug's for standard maintenance and other repairs for a couple years now. These guys are fast, fair, and do great work. Really happy to have a locally owned shop that isn't purely focused on pushing cars out the door.

Recommendation for Doug’s auto repair in Pittsboro. I had my oil changed and was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. The price was reasonable and they recommended my cabin filter replacement which was well overdue.

My biggest compliment other than the overall environment, professionalism and value is for Chris the staff member who was answering the phone when I made an appointment and while I was waiting for my car for only an hour or so.

He gave genuine consistent customer service to every customer including myself every time. You could tell he really cared about the customer wanted to be there. I appreciated his work ethic and desire to not miss any phone calls that came in. I definitely plan to take my car back to Doug’s because I feel I can Trust their work based on my experience with Chris. Haha

Very upfront about pricing and were able to fit me in on a very busy afternoon. Also diagnosed other issues that i didn't ask about (for free). I had a bad experience with my previous mechanic which is why Iwent to Doug's. If this is the standard on a busy day then I have found my new go to mechanic.

Highly recommend Doug's Auto and am so happy they're close by. We've taken a couple of vehicles there for various services and are always happy. They have great customer service, are clear on repair options and cost estimates AND they often follow up the following week to make sure everything's working. 5 stars!
