Took Girlie in for a well checkup. Everyone made her feel calm. They were kind and courteous. Their gentle touch made all the difference. Great place to take your pets for all they’re vet needs!

I have been a client of Pittsboro Animal Hospital for many years and I could not be happier with this clinic! The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and their expertise goes beyond and above. The technical staff is very competent and caring. The staff at the reception are very professional and friendly. One of my dogs gets regular grooming from Martha who is so patient and caring with my older dog Killa who is going on 17. I want to thank everyone at PAH for outstanding care of my cats and dogs over the years !

Sharing my deepest gratitude for the consistent and caring service that the entire team offers to my family and our fur babies. We have been clients for nearly 10 years and while it is a bit further to drive for us it is worth it. I have a labradoodle with a chronic health condition so I visit with my pup on a regular basis and can attest to their excellent care.

We've taken all of our pets to Pittsboro Animal Hospital for years (decades really). We are very happy with the care they give our pets (hence the decades). The vets have been excellent and the woman who does the grooming is exceptional.

I have been so happy with the service and experience I had with Pittsboro Animal Hospital! I rescued a dear little cat and brought him in to be neutered. They were kind and helpful and did a great job. The surgeon was very clear about what needed to be done and my little cat recovered perfectly. He is now very healthy and enjoying a great life in my home!!!

Everyone at Pittsboro Animal hospital was warm and welcoming! We met with Dr Baucom who was very caring and knowledgeable. Glad we found our new animal hospital so quickly since moving to town. I know we'll also receive excellent care moving forward!

The staff there is always so kind and patient with us. Typically, we just have routine appointments for our lab. Last week, she needed dental surgery. The staff called the night before and gave clear instructions. They give an estimate when we scheduled the surgery so we were prepared for the cost. The doctor texted me when the procedure was finished and gave me a nice clinical update as well as pick up instructions. Pick up was easy and they gave clear post op instructions along with an after hours contact if she had any complications. They had her post op meds ready too. She is doing well and has fully recovered. The estimate was more than charged, We were grateful for that as well.

I was so impressed the other day with the service here. It was my first visit after moving to the area. My dog needed stitches on short notice and they fit me in within hours. It was the shortest wait I've ever experienced, and the entire office impressed me. My dog is incredibly anxious and is recovering from a neglectful/abusive past. Each staff member was extremely patient, professional, and understanding. My pup is on the mend and I am very happy to have Pittsboro Animal Hospital as my vet. Very caring, compassionate, and helpful animal hospital. Would recommend to anyone. When Bo could not be seen at his regular vet, they helped him cross the rainbow bridge, and end his suffering. I am forever grateful.

We love the staff and doctors here. Since we move to town in 2018 this is where we’ve taken our animals. Through all of the ups and downs from our elderly animals to helping us with vaccinations and other services for our newborns they have always been there for us. In this past 5ish years, we have had 3 dogs, and 3 cats as patients here.

Our first visit to get a wellness check up. Everyone that assisted with my pet showed such care and attention. The staff and the doctor talked to me like we were old friends and not meeting for the first time. I left the hospital knowing that my fur baby was in good hands.

Got a new puppy the other day. 7 week old Rottweiler. Had her first vet visit with Pittsboro Animal Hospital today. All went well. Puppy healthy...Doctor was great. Highly recommend their veterinary services.

I have used Pittsboro Animal Hospital for 17 years and can’t say enough good things about all the staff, technicians and the veterinarians. They have given exceptional care for four of our dogs from regular wellness checks, dental cleanings, testing, surgeries and even compassionately handling the last moments of our dog’s life. I would highly recommend them.

we've been taking our dog and three cats to pittsboro animal hospital since we moved here in 2011. the care is excellent. when we're in the room with any of the vets, i feel like she really cares about our companion animals. She gives us treatment options when possible if finances are tight, but will also tell us straight up if there is really only one course of treatment. the wellbeing of the dog/cat is always the top priority. the front desk people are wonderful! Basil is especially welcoming and helpful. and of course there is Martha the groomer. She is a dog whisperer. our dog LOVES her. he's a rough collie (think lassie) so his groom isn't quick but he looks forward to seeing her every month for his beauty appointment. if she finds things, she'll let us know of the concern. she truly cares about the animals in her care. best part is that because he loves seeing her so much, he doesn't ever fear going to the vet office because that is where Martha is! he is always eager to get inside to see her. Vet office=wonderful Martha, not vet office=scary pokey stuff happening. she's the absolute BEST!

Dr. Weiser and her staff are superb. We have been with them 15 years with multiple cats and dog. We have used a number of vets over the years and the care our fur children, who have had quite complicated health issues, have received here has been invariably stellar. We are genuinely grateful.

I started bringing my animals here when I lived in Moncure, and changed vets when I moved to Sanford, to avoid the drive. The vet I went to in Sanford was TERRIBLE, so I decided it was worth the drive to get a decent vet. I've been going here for a number of years and they have been great the whole time. Definitely worth the trip.

Always great service and care for our dogs. They are simply the best.
