Andrea Lazlo, Office Manager at Jill Wenstrand State Farm, is absolutely wonderful. She is the reason why I have stayed with State Farm as my insurer for years. She is kind, extraordinarily hard working, an outstanding communicator, always easy to get in touch with, and has gone above and beyond to make sure my insurance needs were met. She is truly awesome. I plan on staying with State Farm as long as I can because of her.

We recently relocated to triangle area and a mutual friend gave me Jill’s contact for our insurance needs. When I called I ended up getting hold of Brittany. This turned out to be such a good thing. Not only she was able to provide suggestions and meet our needs for various insurance, she went out of the way to help me with all the relevant information with DMV licensing and registration process as well as do’s and don’t. It is quite refreshing to work with someone like Brittany who is not only very professional and responsive but also goes out of the way to make things easy for you. The whole staff at this agency is quite friendly and helpful when Brittany was not around. I would highly recommend checking them out for insurance needs.

Every experience I’ve had has been great. Everyone I’ve spoken to is very polite, friendly, and helpful! They’re also very quick to respond which is fantastic. The best people to work with! My new apartment complex asked me to revise my renters insurance SEVERAL times and Jill did it quickly every time.

I don't know where to begin...I was surprised to see that Mrs Wendstrand graduated from college with a degree in education and not a doctorate degree in business due to the impeccable service that her staff, and in particular, Mrs Wendstrand. She has always greeted me with a smile and made me aware of all my options and has never steered me in the wrong direction. There has even been occasions where Mrs Wendstrand could have easily benefited from choices I wanted to make and instead of saying ok and profiting from my bad choices, she showed me a better path that saved me money and I would have never known. I continue to be impressed by her in depth knowledge of the business and the honest and integrity that helps solidify the great insurance company that State Farm has become. I've been with other agents and even other companies and Mrs Wendstrand and her branch runs circles around them all. I feel a great sense of comfort knowing she loves her job and takes pride in her work to do the very best she can with every customer. I almost feel a little guilty it's taken me this long to post about the great work her and her office does and hope that anyone who's reading these reviews takes my advice and does there business with Mrs Wendstrand. I could go on and on annoy the numerous positive experiences I've had but I'll save them for another review at a later date.
