I came to this agency (different owner) four years ago when my previous agency completely dropped the ball on insuring a property I’d just purchased. Jennifer McLauren had the issue resolved in two hours, and I’ve been a loyal client since.
Last week I received a refund in the mail on my homeowners policy. Jennifer had mentioned looking into consolidating my policies. That was it. Next thing I knew the check was in my hands.
