I research for several months on the different trucks and finally found a truck that meet all my requirements here at Wielands! Not only did I get the truck I wanted but the staff was absolutely amazing!! We drove over 3.5 hours and well worth it! Doug and Bella were super friendly and professional! I will definitely check with them first before going anywhere else!!

I wanted to share some information about my really good experience purchasing a used vehicle at Wieland's in Pittsboro. I visited the dealership in late April, met John, and gave him a list of pretty picky specifications along with a budget. After just a couple of weeks, John called me and said that they had located a vehicle that met those specs.

They let me keep the vehicle over a long weekend, so I was able to leave it with my mechanic for a day and get him to check it over. Once he gave it a thumbs-up, I went back to John to discuss price and other details. That discussion took about five minutes. He suggested a very fair price that was comfortable relative to my budget, and I went ahead and purchased the vehicle right then.

In short, Wieland searched for and found the vehicle I was looking for, brought it in from Winston-Salem, and then sold it to me at an entirely reasonable price. There was no fooling around, no tricks or traps, no delays, no attempts to upsell me or otherwise take advantage. At every stage of the process, I felt like John worked with me rather than against me and, in the end, we came out with a deal that satisfied us both.

This is the second vehicle I've bought from Wieland. In both cases, I found a vehicle that I wanted and was able to buy it at a fair cost. The used car market is like the Wild West right now, so I'm glad that I was able to come out of this process feeling good about it.

I'm a firm believer in google review ratings and made a 2.5 hour drive from near Charlotte to purchase a Honda Civic from Smart Cars dealership. I have nothing but great things to say about their customer service & professionalism throughout my purchase. Everything about the car was exactly as described to me over the phone and purchase process when I arrived was very efficient.

Let me tell you car dealership is like no other. So professional and accommodating to what you want and need, AND JOHN made it HAPPEN. We had a great experience with Wieland. They were not high pressure sales and worked with us over several months until we found the car that was right for our situation. One thing that made us trust them is that one of the early cars we tried seemed to have a problem. They checked it and said "we aren't going to sale that car to anyone," because of the problem. We knew that they wanted it to be a win for them and us.
