The best run McDonalds my wife and I have ever been to, best fast food place actually altogether. Great staff, very friendly, great prices, very clean. We love it. We have breakfast here almost daily. The staff are very friendly, very sincere at what they do. They are like family to a lot of the regulars. We love it. Needs more electric sockets for the customers uses. Besides that, this place is awesome.!!

Fries could have been hotter Coke was perfect. I got there around 11:30 in the morning I would think that I would have fresh fries at lunch time

I was waited on by the most professional and polite young man in the drive thru. I believe his name is Andrew. He is a fine example of someone taking pride in what they do

Fantastic! We enjoyed a Chicken Nuggets Big Kids meal and a cheeseburger. Best of all was their coffee, it was the best I've ever tasted!
It was a quick stop going to and coming from Chapel Hill for a doc's appt. Made our day special.

Food order correct and hot. I used a code to order my food. Staff was polite and professional. The wait was not long.

Biggest buttermilk chicken biscuit ever. Worth more than 2 dollars.

Nice McDonald’s…decent fish sandwich…would eat here more if they had a plant based burger …the world needs to stop eating beef. It’s destroying our bodies and the environment …

Visited this location while out of town. I can't tell you how much better the food is than my local area. I ordered by app for curbside pick up. My order was ready within 3 minutes of arriving plus it was freshly made. Didn't taste as if it had been sitting for any period of time. AMAZING! Thanks Chapel Hill, NC!

You know, I've forgotten what the inside of a McDonald's looks like. I can remember the ones from my childhood better than the one just five minutes from my front door. I remember the smiling faces of the employees, though, and many of them are still there almost a year since I last walked through the door. The drive through service is fast, accurate, the food is hot, and the ice cream machine is almost never broken. As McDonald's locations go, this one gets five stars from me every time.

Courtesy 5* Staff friendly, double checked my order verbally with me, answered questions about covid protocol in store and about products with patience, serving our needs
Food Product Quality 5* Breakfast sandwich hot, perfectly cooked without overdone meat or egg, muffin perfect without burning. Iced coffee the best with additions I requested, no mistakes or substitutions
Order Accuracy 5* That large iced caramel coffee with extra cream was on point. Others have not added enough cream for the ratio of cold coffee, overfill with ice, or add extra syrup, til way too sweet. Pittsboro McDs didntneed a re-do. Perfect the first time!
Sanitation 5* COVID19 protocols limiting number in dining area with every other table closed, 1 only in restroom at a time. All staff were masks. Signage requires customers to wear masks, but at their table masks off while eating. I'm totally the creeper watching through windows, scoping traffic, social interaction, cleaning, before I even use a drive thru now, and definitely before entering a business' building.

Pittsboro McDs has well groomed green space, perfect to sit with the pups, iced coffee, and a smart tablet, as their Wifi reaches their while parking lot easily.

Tawnya took our order when we stopped here on the way to UNC, and she is one of the sweetest employees I've met at a restaurant. She was so nice, helpful, and pleasant. Really made our day, would definitely eat here again!

This is consistently one of the best McDonald's around. It's a great location for traveling from Cary/Apex to Greensboro or beyond. They always do a great job and they are extremely accurate! I"m a pain in the neck when I order, and they always get it right! They always have a warm greeting and a thank you!

Pleasant waiter who checked on us frequently. He was friendly and always busy taking care of customers. Enjoyed the garden bar. Appreciate all the healthy items. Thanks for all the specials being offered.
