Aventura at Towne Centre

Love it here. The staff is so friendly and the property is kept sparkling. The apartments are newer and well appointed. Fun activities like food tricks, pool parties and year end dog swim. I'll be renewing a third time. Best rent in town.

We are so pleased with living here! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are pleased, including maintenance. This has been such a breathe of fresh air from our previous apartment complex. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Awesome facility. Spent 3 years in the Aventura community. Maintenance was always available in the rare occasion we needed a repair, the office staff is amazing to work with, and the apartment was perfect for what we needed during our stay. Quiet, well kept, and highly recommended!

I have lived here for a year and a half, and I have loved it the whole time! When my lease was up I didn’t want to leave because I love it so much! My boyfriend and I switched to a bigger unit and the process was super smooth. Both units I have lived in are as if they are brand new. All appliances are new and stainless steal. The area around the apartment is clean and well kept. Maintenance is extremely nice and always on top of things if there is an issue, but issues are not often. Management is also great, Tara is the property manager and is beyond helpful with anything you need! Any issues or question I have ever had she is back to me with a response within the day. The pool and gym are always clean as well! Valet trash is done several times a week also which makes it super easy to take trash out! Cant recommend This place enough!

The apartment complex was great. My boyfriend and I loved here for 1-1/2 years and it met all of our expectations. The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly whenever we had a question or an issue came up. When there was an issue, maintenance would come the next day to get it fixed. The complex is also very safe and well maintained. We would’ve stayed here longer, but decided to purchase our first home. Highly recommend these apartments!

JJ is amazing. He was such a huge help when I moved in, during the time I lived there, and when I moved out. Did the same for my mom when she moved in, while she lived there, and when she moved out. He’s the best and so efficient!

I’ve been here about 5 months. Management is wonderful, welcoming, and kind. Maintenance is fast and reliable. I feel safe, the place is beautiful. It was such a good decision to move here.

Tara is really friendly and is easy to get ahold of if we have any questions in regards to our lease or just general questions about our stay at Aventura Towne Centre. Maintenance staff is kind and professional. Quiet complex everyone is very friendly.

Every interaction I've had over the last 6 months with Aventura, Blaine & Tara have been extremely helpful and pleasant. They're both incredibly knowledgable and quick to help. Any sort of maintenance issue has been resolved promptly. After being a long-term homeowner, I was hesitant about the transition to apartment life, but I've been so happy with the entire experience with Aventura. -Bethany

I previously had posted a review that described a very unfavorable apartment viewing experience that I had with my daughter at Aventura. I did not post the review to get a response from anyone at Aventura but did do as a PSA. The post did invoke a response that traveled through the apartment manager and to the leasing development office. My complaint was heard and was validated in the most and genuine way possible. I was not promised anything nor was I placated with voluminous excuses. What I was given was an honest apology and a genuine request to consider another visit. I am grateful that I did. This is month two that I can call Aventura home. Everyone here is a real person, doing a great job at being the best they can be and focused on making this community a vibrant and enjoyable living experience. My apartment is managed by people with integrity and character, not false perfection and smoke and mirrors. I do recommend my apartment community to those that are seeking to be surrounded by respectful and friendly neighbors with a caring and respectful staff. My expectations have not just been met, they have been exceeded.

Thoughtfully well appointed apartment with stainless steel appliances and wood laminate floors. The kitchen made me fall in love with this apartment! Amazing Rockwood school district. The office staff is friendly and helpful and remembered my name from the very beginning. My neighbors are amazing and I have never had noise issues with any of them. I don’t know if it’s about the soundproofing Or my respectful neighbors, Either way, this is an amazing apartment complex. It’s the best rental experience I have ever had. I’m moving to get closer to the highway but I’m seriously disappointed to have to leave. Strongly recommend!!

My husband and I just did a tour recently and we loved it! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartments were very nice and it's great that we will be able to have our 2 dogs with us. Looking forward to moving in!

I just toured this place not too long ago and it was lovely! The apartments are legit beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They are also pet friendly which is a great perk to go along with everything else! I will definately be looking to lease up here when my current one expires.

We have been here just a short period but we know already that we made the right decision. We love everything about Aventura in Ellisville. The manager is awesome!
The maintenance people are courteous and respectful! Beautifully maintained smaller complex. Variety of age group here. Neighbors are so friendly. I recommend taking a tour and seeing for yourself. We are not disappointed living here. LOVE IT !!

Amenities are great, staff is friendly and no no-nonsense!

As far as large management corporations go, MLP, and the staff at Aventura, are friendly, and try their absolute best to do what they can. Maintenance is friendly and punctual as well! Units are cleaned thoroughly before rented!

My boyfriend and I are moving to STL within a week time frame, and we ended up finding Aventura. I cannot brag on this complex enough on how patient, and helpful that have been through this process. Brittany especially with finding the perfect apartment so quickly to accommodate us. We move soon, and couldn’t be more excited to call this place home!

I’ve lived here awhile now with my dad and younger brothers and we all love it here. The apartments are great and look really nice. The location is nice as well and the grounds are kept clean. The staff has always been a huge help and nothing but kind to us and treated us like family. It’s a great place to be!

Shout out to Tara and Blaine for their amazing people skills, and genuine compassion for people, their job, our "homes", and our diginities. Tara has been absolutley wonderful in helping us find a place to live while we downsize and find a forever home! This process has been easy as Tara and Blaine have been nothing but gracious! Tara helped me measure and figure things out with such respect and compassion! We can’t say enough about this community it’s awesome!

Lived there 2 years and loved every minute ..beautiful location and friendly staff that will repair things quickly . The apartments are gorgeous with 9 foot ceilings .I highly recommend. Pet friendly too ,so you can bring your fur baby !!
