Clearspring Local Park

Nice neighborhood park with a playground, picnic pavilion, and basketball courts which were redone a few years ago and have nice backboards and nets. The playground offers swings, including a baby swing, a tetter totter, a ride on car and horse (on springs) and a climb and slide playground fixture. For Pokémon Go players, there are 2 gyms and 3 pokestops located there.

A pond provides a lot of bird watching opportunities, with bluebirds, ducks, geese, and an occasional Great Blue Heron sighting. The pavilion is available for rental, but it is quite popular, so you probably need to reserve it far in advance. I see birthday, graduation, and reuinion parties there almost every weekend.

Across the street, there is additional parking, a soccer and baseball field, and port-a-potties available. There is no available water for drinking or washing up.

Great place to play and enjoy a walk. The park includes a large field, playground, lake, basketball hoops, picnic tables, and baseball field. There are two parking locations across the street from each other.
Beware there were reports of coyotes, so watch your small dogs when walking.

This area of Germantown c an be extremely scratchy at times this park is cleaned and enjoyed by all races and nationalities with fair minded people all getting along and acting bigger then the current social temperature. Gives you hope in a day where your afraid to says anything

I love this park as you can see so much of nature! My dogs love it too and when nobody is around we let them run free!
