This location has the best playplace. The playground is huge, and some of the booths/tables have built in tablets. The service is great at this location too.

For a McDonalds, 5 stars. I've been here more than I'd like to say, but yet they've never failed an order (I always remove onions). Curbside is fast and polite. Manager, if you're reading this, good job. Your current team is awesome.

The food was good, the service was fast... it could use a little cleaning up in the dining area, though.

This location is always fast, friendly, and delicious. I have never had my order be wrong and the people there always say to have a nice day and don't seem miserable to be there (which is rare in fast food these days). Obviously this is not 5-star cuisine, but for what it is, their food is great!

McDonald's in Platte City has always been a go to for our family when traveling between St. Joseph and KC. Usually quick and accurate service.

Staff was fantastic and quick! We arrived as a group and they handled our orders very well. We are very grateful for them!

From the minute we walked in, someone asked if they could help us and brought the food to our table. It was so clean everywhere and everyone was working hard- one of the nicest McDonalds I have been in!!

This was hands down the BEST service I have ever received at a McDonald's. The lobby and drink stations were clean, the tables had interactive lights on them, and the staff was on point. Jacob was our cashier, and took care of us so well that I thought I walked into a sit-down restaurant. Highly recommend this location!

I always order one of the DEALS on the mobile app. I got the Quarter pounder , fries, and a drink for 6.00 deal. It was slow getting to me but at least it was hot. It was good too.

I took a group of 33 in for breakfast. EVERYONE was awesome. Cashier very patient, complimentary to my group and offered congratulations and best wishes for graduating high school. The manager was very organized and got us in and out in a timely manner. 😊

Absolutely amazing food and service! They were the sweetest I've seen in fast food. I asked to switch my Sprite to a tea at the window, no problem. I was greeted with kindness and would recommend to anyone near by!

It was rainy out and I was on my lunch break at work (around 6:20) you guys killed it. Got it out in about 5 minutes and the dude who brought out my food covered it up making sure it didn’t get wet and the food was all great. Real happy with this experience

McDonald's is always good. I always use the McDonald's app on my phone for my orders. I use the points from the app to get free food. And there is always some deal on discounted breakfast so I use the app almost daily

The Platte City McDonals team is the most friendly and hard working staff you will find. Jessica is wonderful! I highly recommend stopping in.

Quality of food and service is above any other McDonald's I've ever been too. They've never messed up my order, the food is always fresh, every frappe or iced coffee I've gotten was mixed perfectly, the employees always are friendly, and the most impressive quality they hold is their fast service! They are always hoppin and it doesn't matter how many cars they get hit with in drive thru, they get ya in and out without barely even having to hit your brakes! Before I can even pull up to the second window they already have my food out the window ready to hand to me! This store gets an A+++

Still has the indoor Playplace for kiddos! It was also very clean and the food was hotter temp than most fast food. A plus for me.

I usually never give a mcds 5 stars, but I've had great experiences almost every time I've been here. The mgr is very nice and always eager to help and actually be a manager. I've never been ignored, and the employees actually talk lol. Great job guys (and gals)!

On Friday’s if my kiddos do well on spelling tests I always treat them to McDonald’s happy meals and blue raspberry slush drinks! They love it and look so forward to it!
