Wendy's

I eaten here several times using the app to order before I arrive or in the parking lot and use the drive thru to pick up. I've also been inside to pick up and order at the counter. My food has always been fresh, hot, and prepared well. Eating on the go is sometimes hard. Nobody likes a messed up slapped together sandwich 🥪 😒

This was the best experience at a Wendy’s I’ve ever had! I literally wanted to snatch the employees working that day and bring them back to my hometown location and tell them they have been transferred! They were exceptional! They were kind, well mannered and when we did our usual and asked for jelly and napkins, the gentleman said “it’s already in the bag for you”! He had put 2 different flavor jellies, napkins and ketchup in our bag! To me, that says something! Every drive-thru I go thru these days will hand me a bag of food with no napkins or any kind of condiments! I mean, i know there are people that don’t eat certain ones, but come on! At least put ketchup in the bag when it has an order of fries! Whoever trained this location needs to be promoted to regional trainer! They should be the one that trains all new hires for their region! Job well done!!

Great customer service eat there a few times a month. Food is always hot and fresh. Have always ordered on the mobile app and just drove up to speaker to let them know I'm there for pick-up. In and out of line within 10 mins depends on how many cars are in front of me. Would highly recommend for a fast snack or a full family meal.

HOWEVER ON 12/31/2022 I feel as if the person behind the counter was intentionally ignoring me as if I wasn't there or was treating me as if had ordered wasted 15 mins just waiting to order.

The sausage biscuits are much better than McDonald's! I know that its real 🍖. Eat!! Buttery Biscuits cradled by a perfectly sized sausage pattie that is cooked to perfection!

I've been eating at Wendy's for over 30 years and when I say that this was the freshest I've ever had my food come out. The buns were soft and warm, the vegetables were fresh, the fries were hot not warm and hard. Everything was fresh and fast. I didn't sit at the speaker 10 minutes waiting to order nor did I have to repeat my order. This was the GREATEST Wendy's experience I've had in my life. Keep up the great work. The customer service was EXCELLENT!! PLEASE DON'T CHANGE A THING. AND ALL THIS WAS AT 9:30PM. EXCELLENT

Even the line was long, Wendy's kept the line flowing. Food was hot and correct 😁. And they didn't ask me to back up and pull forward. Fast food restaurants has gotten ridiculous with that, after they will you holding ten minutes plus just to play e a order. But never with this Wendy's.

The staff was very friendly and service was excellent. The restaurant was clean as well as the restroom. The food was fresh. The fries did not taste like the were cooked in old grease. The manager even came out to ask how our day was and if we were okay. I really enjoyed the southern hospitality that we received from the staff.

Great service an attitude.

Food was good, overheard manager coaching the young lady that took my order how to upsell orders. The food tasted fresh so the coaching I overheard didn't really affect me.

This Wendy's is the bomb!!! I have never gotten a burger from them that was not freshly fried & tasty. I will pass on a free Fudrucker's to pay for these burgers on the way back to Memphis. Keep up the good work guys.

The fall makes me want chili.If you don't have time to make it homemade,try Wendy's chili.You can order a huge family size of it for a good price.

I missed my whole lunch break. I was in the line for 40 minutes, my break is only 30 minutes but Their salads are great, the wait in line is sooooo darn long

Girl was very pleasant at the window. She smiled a lot and seemed very happy. I will definitely be back.
