I worked with Klay who gave me a GREAT deal! I've been working around cars and being in the car industry for almost 20 years she knows exactly what he's talking about he's a straight shooter and even says what he would fix to make sure that the car is roadworthy for me. I noticed one tire balled he said he would replace two just because he wouldn't let me leave a lot any other way. Great place to be great guy!!!

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Bought this car sight unseen from houston and the process was seem less. Had a small issue with the vehicle and was able to get in contact with management and have it we worked it out. I can’t give these

Let me start off by saying these people are absolutely amazing. My family and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500 from them and the experience was better than any dealership I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Klay, I can’t thank you enough for taking the time out and bringing the truck down to have a third-party look at it. Also, putting in a new Ac compressor at the last minute, was absolutely outstanding. My kids will definitely be car shopping there in the future. Thank you for the great experience. It definitely shows you run a family owned business who is honest and reliable.

Arch Auto Sales provided the best car-buying experience of my entire life! They were extremely friendly and gave me a great deal on the car I purchased. I appreciate the fact that they also didn't use any "hard-sell" tactics. And as a bonus, they served me some great food off the grill on a Saturday afternoon! I have been looking for a Dodge Challenger for two years. The time finally came for me to get serious about it. I looked everywhere and came across Arch Auto sales. I liked what they had as far as vehicles an it wasn’t to far from home About an hour an half away. I gave them a call told Edman what I was wanting and how interested I was in this 2009 Dodge Challenger Rt. I drove down an checked this car out an fell in love with it. My wife told me to get it because she loved it too. So we made a deal long story short these Guys are absolutely Awesome. An they went way out of the way for me and i couldn’t have appreciated it more. This was the best car buying experience Iv ever had. Do yourself a favor and check them out you won’t be disappointed!!!

I recently was in the market for a 2003 Mercury Marauder, while on line I found Arch Auto Sales. To my amazement he had the very car I was looking for from the beginning!
It was a 2003 Mercury Marauder concept model, it had all the upgrades you could imagine! Turbo charged, 410 rear, custom exhaust, racing suspension and the stock 3200 stall speed converter with a trans shift kit!!
I couldn’t call their phone number quick enough, once I got in touch with a salesman I was told that the car was on hold for a customer, I couldn’t believe I missed the car!!! After talking to the manager Enzo he told me that someone had the car on hold and that they were picking it that day, I told Enzo for any reason they didn’t pick it up I had cash and would buy it ASAP. Enzo appreciated my offer but couldn’t sell it since he was holding it for a customer, that guy was lucky to have such a great guy stand up to his word since I tried everything to buy that car that day.
I waited til the hold date was over and called Enzo back to see if the car was still available, to my surprise he still had it, I thought great it’s mine only to hear Enzo say “I’m going to give the other guy a call and give him a few more days to pick it up since the gentleman lived out of state. Well I also lived out of state with cash in hand!! Well it was a few days later and I got a call from Enzo stating well how would you like to buy the Marauder. Well from that call I proceeded to set up payment and Enzo moved the sale right along with all the paperwork completed within a day, he also got the vehicle on a transporter that night and I had the car in my driveway the next afternoon!!
Enzo is most likely the most honest sales manager I ever deal with, he kept his promise to a customer he was dealing with knowing I would of flown down to the dealership that day to buy the car he kept his word to the other guy far longer then he was supposed to!
And only then he followed though with his word that he would call me back on the car.
Enzo, you are a great person of your word and I appreciate that!! Not all Salesman/Managers I’ve dealt with in my lifetime purchasing a car came across many people like you. If anyone talks to Enzo about a car trust me his word is gold!! Enzo it’s been my pleasure buying my car from you!

The BEST! I'm on my second car from this lot. Clay is so down to earth and cool as hell. My Kia was stolen last year insurance dropped me and I didn't think anyone would finance me, but Clay worked hard and got me approved. 😇

From my first communications via text with Erman about the Acura TL I was interested in buying as my daughters first car, to signing the paperwork, the experience was above and beyond. The price was exactly what Erman quoted me. No “hidden” fees that I would be required to pay at other dealerships. It was definitely worth the two hour trip.

If the excellent service wasn’t enough, the passion they have for automobiles is in the air. I asked if my daughter could get a picture with the owners Lamborghini Huracan, not only was I able to get a picture of my daughter with the super car, he let her sit inside. No other dealership could have made my daughter and I feel more like we were part of the “family.” Thank you, Erman.

I absolutely fell in love with a 2005 Mustang GT & I was really not the easiest person to find financing for but somehow Clay really worked magic. I left the lot middle of the day but he knew how much I loved that car & didn’t give up trying to find a way for me to have it. He was really putting in work and most people would have just given up and told me no. I’m seriously so happy & I HIGHLY recommend arch auto sales & will definitely be back later this year :)

Visited Arch Auto to look at a car and take it for a test drive. Ended up test driving two cars but didn't buy either. Clay was very welcoming and personable. Even though I didn't end up buying a car, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, and I would be happy to give them my business. The most pleasant car dealership experience I've had. No slimy salesman tactics, they didn't try to keep me there longer than I wanted. Just friendly and honest.
