My daughter was accepted into CLE in Rockville,MD for 2023-2024 year. After she had some mental health issues that WE disclosed to them, they said they did not feel comfortable with her living in the apartments, but we could explore a day program. I tried to follow up with by phone. Our contact person was Jenna Smith and for weeks she "ghosted" our family. I even went to the office and she was not there, but I left a message and she still did not contact our family. We were left without a plan. They really mistreated our family and my daughter by not plainly telling us that we should look for another program. Instead, she gave us an alternative plan, the day program, and then she did not follow up. If they did not want her in the program anymore, Jenna should have been clear. "I don't think" and "I am not sure" is not an answer. How about, "thank you for applying to our program and we really did think that your child was a good fit until recent health changes. We really do not think that we would be a good fit for her and we have a list of other programs that you can look into that might be a better fit, here are a list of other programs that may be able to better fit your needs." See it's easy! Instead, nothing. They wasted our time. We could have used the time to research and find a better fit for our child, they simply did not care and just wanted to get rid of us. As of this date, we still have not heard from a member from the office. I strongly do not recommend this program. They are very unprofessional and have ambiguous communication practices.
