I can not recommend this company more. My husband and I purchased a home with a pool and had absolutely no experience with pool maintenance. I first had the opportunity to speak with Nikoa on the phone and I could have chatted with her for hours. She reassured me that she would get us taken care of and answered all of my pool questions (as silly as I’m sure most of them were). She set me up for a pool 101 session at our home with one of their owners who couldn’t have been nicer and took his time helping us get to know our pool equipment. Fast forward to our pool closing and Nikoa and the entire four seasons team took such good care of us. The two men who came out to help get our pool closed properly could not have been more kind! Highly recommend this company!

I've used this company for a new salt water generator, new pool pump, pool light replacement, and they have just installed a new pool liner last week. This all over a few years. This company does a great job when it comes to costumer service and communications. From the ladies in the office to the gentlemen that did the service, I have 0 complaints. The only thing I would recommend is a number system when coming in for chlorine, salt, and other thing. You guys do get busy and it can get confusing on who is next but it does not take away from the quality service by your employees. Again this company is great at what they do and thank you guys for everything! I believe you deserve a 5 star review.

I can not say enough about this business! I've used them for the past 4 seasons this will be my 5th and they have always ALWAYS been top notch!!! The #1 thing I can say for me is their honesty. I have no clue about how to run/operate our pool still and they answer all my questions so patiently and kind. If there is an issue they tell me and if not they are honest. Every interaction has been nothing less than 100% satisfaction!!!

I am a new pool owner as of October 2014 when my wife and I (who have never owned a pool) bought a house with a 12,000 gallon fiberglass pool. Spring 2015 came and we were eager to learn how to maintain a pool and found that everyone at Four Seasons was knowledgeable and very helpful at teaching us how to open and take care of it. I'll also mention that I am the type of person that is concerned about being taken advantage of when I don't know much about the detail of how something works and I'm in the middle of a problem. They walked us through a chemical stabilizer problem that we had when uncovering the pool for the first time which was a bit of a process but everything they said I was able to completely verify from my own internet research and the problem was resolved. Today was my next experience with something going wrong. My pump quit pumping water... I called my home warranty policy but was told the pool company they contract with wouldn't give me a call for two days (after the weekend). I tried calling the home warranty's pool company directly and although their website said they were open, no answer. I called up Four Seasons instead, they told me their price to come out and diagnose but also told me how to unbolt the pump and bring it in. Which was easy. I brought it in worried it was going to need to be replaced. Turned out it needed just a few inexpensive seals and the owner, Steve, even changed them out for me at no additional charge. Customer for life here, I really appreciate their honesty and great customer service and will return for all of my pool needs! Thank you guys!!

Dan came over and it was impressive how much he knew about the history of our pool type and how it is structured. The advice, information, and service he provided was absolutely top notch. Highly recommend. He'll be the first person I call for pool stuff going forward.

I highly recommend Four Seasons Pool and Spa for service. they were timely, diagnosed the problem with my pool heater and had the parts to fix it the next day. Jessi and Blaze were great to work with!

Helpful and friendly staff and good prices

I can’t say enough good stuff about this company. This is our first year owning a pool and we were entirely clueless on the basics of pool management. Tony and Charles from Four Seasons opened our pool and walked us through every step of the process, giving us total confidence going into the Summer. We had a few questions and concerns a few days later, so we went to the store and talked to more guys with the same incredible knowledge and professionalism. They were seriously able to diagnose our issue after looking at a 5 second video. I clearly don’t have experience with other companies, but I don’t see it getting any better than these folks. Can’t recommend enough!

I have bought all my pool supplies from the St. Charles location and the staff is great and the prices are very fair. I had an issue that they worked with me to resolve going above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend shopping here to anyone.

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have offered information well beyond the other pool stores in the area. This is my go-to pool store from now on. My pool is now running in tip top shape, thanks to Patrick and his team.

Very knowledgeable guy that is always there, doesn't mind taking the time to explain things. Water testing for your pool is always free here as long as you buy the chemicals from them. My neighbor recommended that I go there, and I'm so glad I listened, I won't go anywhere else.

Love the folks that work there with their excellent service and knowledge. As as second year pool owner they've finally got me dialed in on how to keep my pool clean and clear. They never disappoint.
