This is a conference center with beautiful grounds, great customer service, and great staff. However there is no pool so don't bring your bathing suit.

Beautiful & spacious. They were able to accommodate one of the biggest funerals I’ve ever seen. They allowed parking on the grass all alongside in order to make room for all the unexpected people that came to show family support.
Really happy with the William Bolger Center for making this a good hassle-free experience.

Attended a weeklong professional course here. Accommodations were good, rooms a bit dated, but well appointed. The lecture facilities were superb, and the dining room was fantastic. Wide selection of health, tasty foods, though the dessert table was deadly…
Staff was truly superb, and helpful in every way. The fitness trail was a nice way to get some fresh air and exercise after a productive day.

Went for a beautiful wedding ! The service was great! The location of the building was a little different than what I expected but overall a great experience . The staff was friendly and quickly responded to our request for assistance with the wedding partner

This was a work function I was attending. The food is buffet style and the breakfast is amazing. Lunches and dinners are great too! I had a wonderful stay and was able to network with many great people from The USPS Sales Enablement group.

Came here for medical conference, never knew the place before this. Rooms are very nicely laud out with a 80-90s vibe, retro but clean. The only grit I have is they don’t have mini-fridge so plan to bring a cooler that can hold ice if you plan to stay here longer than 2 days and want to store food.

Especially like to recommend Carlos, the head of housekeeping as well as his staff. I misplaced my Invisalign and it was mistakenly thrown out. He helped me find the trash bags and went through it with me and found them!

Amazing service. Great location. Would visit again if in area Highly recommended. Keep up the good work Carlos & Claudio & William F. Bogler Staff!

Working with Sarah was amazing, every step of the way. She was professional, helpful, responsive, flexible and super easy to work with. Our event was amazing. The food was excellent and exceeded our expectations and then some. Our guests are still raving about how excellent the food was and how fabulous the service was from all of the staff. From the chef to the bartender to the servers to the employees that work at the Bolger Center, all were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. I'm already looking into booking our next event there. I highly recommend using the Bolger Center, it's true hidden gem.

This is a great meeting place. Unexpected in the area and the grounds are beautiful. Love the fresh popcorn they put out as an afternoon snack. But have your walking shoes. If your meeting room is not in the 1st building you want to wear comfortable shoes to get around.

During the 1980's, this was the USPS management academy . I was a Master Instructor, mail processing assigned at this location.I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT and so did All the postal managers that came here for training !
The food has always been outstanding. THEN I was reassigned to OAKBROOK IL,mid -west training facility. I couldn't wait to get back to POTOMAC. Just the prestige of being there made you want to do your job 125% everyday.
Unfortunately , I would never return due to USPS reorganization, and POTOMAC was shut down from training.
I'm always thinking about my experiences there, and the countless memories I made with the students that I had been assigned as their MASTER INSTRUCTOR, MAIL PROCESSING !
We were making history for USPS.

Was here for a conference in the spring. It was beautiful even without a full green. The grounds were very well kept with a nice 1.3 mile trail and amenities. Not much cardiovascular equipment in the gym, but otherwise fully functional with a nice pool. Rooms were utilitarian and small, but clean perfectly functional. The available conference rooms were adequate and reasonable.
The dining facility was quite good with a large variety. The pony express was reasonably priced and decent option. It's close enough that a quick drive is amenable, but still feels "away" . I'll be excited to come back.

Rooms were small, no fridge or microwave. With that being said, those things were unnecessary. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were phenomenal. Buffet style with 4 star quality food. Large dessert bar for all meals.
Conference rooms were well equipped. Break rooms were always stocked with quality snacks and appetizers. All facilities and grounds were very well kept.
Very kind and courteous staff.

My friends and I are locals. We come to The Pony Express Bar & Grill fairly regularly. We love it. The staff is amazing and the food is even better. We also love the free billiards, darts, ping pong, and shuffle board. To top it off, the patio are is spectacular - it has a beautiful fire pit and multiple heat lamps that allow us to enjoy the outdoor patio late into the season.

Wonderful place and big. Staff was very polite and courtesy. They have have a bar with music. My room was across the street of the front desk they have maps to show you where u are to go. They have a pool indoor didn't get a chance to see that. No refrigerator in the room so you have to ask for 15 follow charge unless it's medicine.

Really beautiful conference center set in what I believe used to be a monastery...which made my super tiny room a bit more quaint. Staff is decent and food is amazing. Layout is thoughtful and the grounds are beautifully kept. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

I've attended meetings and training at Bolger. The meeting rooms are soundproof because I've never overheard any of the other sessions next to the room I'm in which is great since you can discuss sensitive information without worrying that the next room can hear you. The lunch menu is varied and the food delicious. It is self serve with 3 main food stations. The staff do a great job of keeping the snack bars around the campus stocked with coffee, tea, pastries and fruits. The meeting rooms are large enough to accommodate large groups as well as there are smallish rooms for more intimate discussions.

Stayed here several times for USPS training. Rooms are small but adequate. Showers were great, nice and high pressure. Food is decent but limited after dinner time. The rooms for training are large, not confined, and wifi coverage is decent.

Was here for a weekend event. Awesome facility. Had diverse types of rooms and settings that contributed to the success of our conference. Phenomenal meal options from the healthiest to the delectable. I have done a number of events, not too many conferences, but even the best events are made by the venue.

The food in the Osgood building dining hall was amazing. Great selection of food, drinks and desserts. The staff was awesome throughout the whole campus. Housekeeping went above and beyond to help out. The Pony bar in the main building was a fun place to play (for free) shuffleboard, billiards, ping pong and darts. The food there, however, was not very good. The food in the nourishment hubs was really good, too.

The running trail around the campus is beautiful. There is also a tennis court and basketball hoop to shoot on. The pool in the Franklin building was a nice four lane pool with large locker rooms.

Great place to stay!
