Not a big store and not many items, but the attendant was extremely polite. Would definitely return for basic pharmacy items.

Pharmacy staff had poor communication skills. They couldn't answer my questions or explain any details about my prescriptions. They were unwilling to communicate with my physician which resulted in having to make 3 trips between my doctor and CVS Pharmacy in St. Martinville, LA. The last trip to the doctor resulted in me going to another pharmacy to fill my prescription.

Switched pharmacies due to the fact they claimed they never got the e-script from my kids Dr. When the nurse said she sent it herself 3 times. Then another time they told me my script wouldn't be filled because it was too soon. My son had been without this particular medicine for 2 weeks and it was also a changed dosage on the prescription. Then said oh I don't know why our system flagged it. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to

Worst cvs in Louisiana. I was once confronted by a cashier about a survey I filled out which totally blew my mind and to top that today went in to buy Claritin d I was told the system was down at all cvs’s didn’t seem logical so I went to the cvs in new Iberia and magically the system was up. I think I was profiled what about you spend your money elsewhere

Try calling pharmacy after 9 a.m. and they keep hanging up. That should have someone to answer phones. I have been calling for 20 minutes. Sure makes me reconsider my choice of pharmacy!
