Wendy's

Tried the new bacon egg cheese this morning. One word "AMAZING". McDonald's needs to discontinue their McMuffin. Wendy's took it to another level.

The dude at the back window just now was awesome and I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name correctly keria in the two window was awesome I made a mistake and she was very understanding and fixed it with no problem. Definitely keep them both around I can enjoy a great worker

LISTEN every time I go here everyone is so nice even when it’s busy. The food is ALWAYS fresh and good!!!! They never miss the employees here need a raise they are so nice EVERY TIME

They didn't have the best or the fastest service but the food was great and there were clean tables to use. The food was hot and really good, not old! I got the chicken and ranch wrap value meal and the chicken nuggets and everything was cooked well amd tasted great!

We waited for fresh fries but that is never a complaint! Their parking lot area is small though. The poor girl had to walk across the street to the pizza hut to give us our food but overall my kids loved the peppermint frosty!

The staff always seem pissed when you approach them for assistance.

This location feels like family. Rocky is a manager who genuinely cares. She gives amazing customer service as well as Tiffany, who is always with a smile, and Karla is always working hard in the kitchen to make food fresh and hot. I'm always greeted warmly, and the food is always delicious. It amazes me to see how quickly they work through my order.

Food was great! Y'all need to add more meat to your chili, it was good but I had more bean's than meat. Please have some baked potatoes next time😊

Food was great but i ordered ahead on my phone hoping it would faster and It WAS NOT. but all in all I am happy. I feel blessed to be able to go and be able to buy different kinds of food. Some are not as fortunate as we are. So the extra time was no problem. Best breakfast we've had in a long time.

Great job on my order tonight! They were out of the natural lemonade to make my strawberry lemonade for my door dash so they used regular Minute Maid lemonade and the strawberry syrup! GENIUS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE GO WENDYS! A+++

I rarely eat fast food. The service here was fast. The food was hot and it was delicious! I've been missing out I guess! Good job!

Rocky went above and beyond and made things right with a previous order. She was humble, apologetic, professional yet personable. She will turn the old Wendy's around , with the entire staff that was present today.
Everyone is so quick to rate an establishment without giving them the opportunity to make things right.
Ones greatest strength is to know the weak link and learn.

Very nice servers, good hot food and pretty fast too!

Since the reopen having visited several times. The food is always fresh, even with a long line the wait isn't bad at all. Friendly staff as long as this keeps up will definitely continue to frequent them.

This Wendy's location was just completely rebuilt now it is much more modern and upscale as it should be. Service was amazing, food was great. Monroe is quickly building up!!

I worked at Wendy's in highschool. This is a third visit since the middle of January. There was still a problem with knats around the drink counter. The cashier Skylar was so Rude and could not read a coupon and got a attitude 😡 with me trying to get her to read the coupon. With the knats and the rude cashier..I will never go to Wendy's in Monroe.

The two women who I interacted with (one in the drive thru and one handed me my food) we’re both super sweet with great smiles and amazing attitudes! They made my day :)
