Due to a fire at my apartment while I was at work (the fire was extinguished but there was extensive smoke and soot damage) I am temporarily displaced. A cleaning company will be hauling things away to clean or trash but I needed a smaller storage unit for things I need that weren't heavily affected and that I could clean myself. I initially called and talked to a gal (I forgot her name) who was extremely helpful, reserved a unit for me for the following week. She explained everything to me about the size and fees. Due to my life being in chaos I didn't make it to the facility and decided to let the cleaning company do everything (by then I was exhausted and couldn't think straight). The next day I decided yes I did need a unit and stopped in. Sterling was super nice and so helpful helping me determine what size I needed and setting me up. The next day I stopped in again because by then I had decided that I was going to be moving less than I had planned on and needed to downsize to a smaller unit. Darryl was working that day. He said it was no problem and got me set up with a smaller unit in no time with a credit towards my next month's payment. He was extremely helpful and efficient. He had me switched over within a few minutes. He also noticed that I was hot and tired so he offered me a bottle of cold refreshing water.
I highly recommend this facility because everyone I have encountered there is personable and so kind.
