Monroe location taco bell is by far one of the best I've been to normally don't review big fast food chains but this one is always on point! Never had anything left out and always fast even when slammed.

Great staff. Fresh food. The only Taco Bell I’ll go to! The ladies who work here are always sweet. Ignore the negative comments. It’s fast food, not a fancy restaurant. If you don’t like the drive through, go in to make sure your order is correct.
The way the cars wrap around the drive through, they’re doing something right!

I've been going to this location for over 10 years, and it always wins out. My orders are never wrong, the prices are good, the tax is lower than if you'd go to Loganville or Covington (and that matters if you need to pinch pennies and just want a burrito in your tummy!). I had a pretty large order because I was buying for multiple people, and the lady preparing our food was mesmerizing to watch - she folded the wrappers and prepared food so carefully and QUICKLY. She was also very careful to give us fresh food, discarding the potatoes once she realized they were a bit stale. I recommend this location for anybody who needs a quick bite!

They should really learn how to fold the soft shells at one end so when driving its not dripping on you! Other then that the food good

I Had a situation with my Taco today and they were amazing! Offering to exchange my order and apologized for any inconvenience! Thank You for that and such awesome service!

Breakfast shift at this location has it down. Quick to take orders, quick to deliver. I had to be parked while they cooked more hash browns, which is always a risk, but the food came right out hot. Breakfast crunch wrap is always a good bet.

I have always had a great experience at this taco bell! Today I messed up my own order not even realizing it and instead of being rude the just gave me what I wanted. It was so incredibly nice.

Rarely go to Taco Bell, so I was very pleased with the speed of service and quality of the food. I don't remember the name of the lady in the drive thru, but she was super nice!! Being that I only have a 30 minute lunch break, it was nice to get what I wanted and get back to work on time. 😊

I had their steak quesidila(sp?) For the first time snd loved it. I got my son a power bowl and he said it was. Absolutely delicious we both would probably keep those our favorite pic for our next meal at TB

I bought a box of 12 taco supremes. 6 crunchy and 6 soft. They got it right ( a lot of fast food restaurants don't). The tacos were filled to the top! Trust me, other Taco Bells food isn't nice to look at or even eat. Monroe's Taco Bell rocks!!

Good food fast!

Cashiers in the drive thru are always very nice, especially the the middle age Caucasian lady with blonde hair. She calls everyone sweetie, baby, etc...that southern charm. She makes me smile every time I see her.

The staff is so kind everytime I go. Great customer service! They forgot my cheese cup, but that's okay! I will double check next time.

Excellent staff and good process if you are on a budget! I'm a creature of habit and the staff knows it! I don't even have to tell them my order anymore and it's always fresh and delicious!!

Great place to eat at with family. Nice dining area inside and very clean. Fast service and condiments easily available and continually stocked. Many drink options also. Friendly staff and restrooms are clean.

Okay so I went to this Taco Bell earlier and I had an awesome experience because they answered my prayers!😂 I asked the girl at the drive-thru if they could do chicken instead of beef in the double cheesy gordita crunch box. They not only substituted the crunchy tacos in the box for soft grilled chicken tacos like I wanted they also put beef in the second layer of the gordita! I was secretly wanting it like that so the fact that they made it like that was so amazing. Just wanted to make it known that this Taco Bell is lit. 😂😂😂❤🌯🌮
