McDonald's

Their fries and sweet tea are the bomb💣. They have ok service depending on the people there. Some people can be sassy or rude but others nice or really peppy.

Seriously one of the best times I have been to any McDonald’s!!! Just went through the drive thru. I expected a long wait because it was Sunday but they got us through quickly. My huge order was correct and on top of that EVERYTHING was fresh!!!! Friendly folks at the window! They are doing an amazing job here! Thanks!!

When you think of McDonald’s, your expectations are usually kind of low on the service side of things. But this locations service is awesome. There’s a middle age white women who works the cashier window and she is so nice and funny and makes things easy.

They actually work at this location. You get your food hot and reasonably fast and keep the restaurant clean. Never go to the one in Loganville after @1pm because their 2nd shift does not want to work at all and most of the crew, including the manager, is extremely rude to the customers. I drive 20 minutes from Loganville to the Monroe location if we ever want McDonald's.

One of the best McDonalds you can go to! The food is great and so is the customer service! I HIGHLY recommend the quarter pounder. Now there will be some people with a bad attitude working there, but don't let one stupid bad apple ruin the whole basket.

Awesome people great personality is very friendly and outgoing very considerate Chris the manager is wonderful I find myself going there daily to get an ice cream or a drink or just coming to see everybody smiling very friendly environment very welcoming thank you guys you have no idea the impact you're making on certain people's lives by just doing your job and smiling

I absolutely love the night time cashier in the second lane who takes your order & cash you out she has the greatest customer service skills I've ever encountered n even tho a lot of times they have new hires and might have to wait a little longer than desired she makes it worth it my children also enjoy when she works and of course the price is always affordable and the fries a delicious

This McDonald's is located in Monroe, Ga. on Hwy 78 about 40 miles from Athens, Ga. I was travelling late night/early morning at 3 a.m. when I saw that their drive thru was serving. I had missed supper and this was a quick way to get some energy without the typical late night walk in sit down eatery delay. The entire menu was being served. Grabbed a dbl cheesburger from the $2 menu and a small fry and was in and out within 4-5 minutes (2 cars were in line before me).

Its been a very long time since I've had McDonald's this good. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was nice and accommodating.

I don't get a sundae often but when I do I always ask for extra topping. I want to kiss whoever made it this time cuz they know what extra mean. Bravo Monroe McD's. 😊

Best fries and best place to take kids to play

Food was great but some of the workers acted like they didn't no what they were doing but of course that could have still been in training at that time.

Pretty quick service, Big Mac and Double Smokehouse burgers were hot, as were the fries. Been a long time since I visited a McDonald's, won't be the last for this location.

Always friendly..sometimes busy, but all Mc D s are. We are lucky to have a decent McD's in Monroe.

Whenever I want fast-food McDonald's is where I go. I conveniently order via the app and pickup curbside.

I was there delivering for doordash and the manager gave me a free drink today. It's nice to feel appreciated.
