I have tried to go get an oil change for at least 3 weeks in a row at this location each time there is some reason they cannot do it. I want to try to invest my money into a small town business but it's kind of hard when they can't recommend a time to come to get services...

Family-Owned business locate behind owners house. Normally the type of business I would support. However, I wouldn’t spend my money here. Father, Daughter, Fiancée, and mother are all extremely rude and unprofessional. Business was selling a shop tool. Owner had future son in law list product for sale on marketplace. We agreed on a price, place, and time to meet. Confirmed we had a deal. Drove early next morning 3 hours to pick up the product at agreed upon time only to find out they already sold it. Didn’t bother to communicate that before we arrived. The seller admitted he did this to several buyers and that’s just the way marketplace works, and that I should have known. The owner stated this was a bad way to do business and he would make it right and reimburse for gas. Asked me to call Monday and we would work it out. When I called, Owner, daughter, mother placed me on speaker phone, all extremely rude, said it was my fault, said nothing they could do, and hung up on me. Apparently, based on other reviews others have had similar issues with this seller. I wouldn’t spend a dime with this company. Spend your money with someone who is going to treat customers with respect, and integrity, and most importantly good communication.

After seeing my experience so far and speaking to a lot of the locals I don’t want any work done here heard of to many issues coming from their work and they aren’t very friendly either your best to just go somewhere else
