Sonic Drive-In

Went through the drive thru and met crystal. I can fully say she is one of the most kindest, caring and dedicated people I have ever met. Talked to me with such care and compassion, and she was all alone working while there were 10+ cars in line. Don’t understand why she had to go through that alone but she did an amazing job holding it down and keeping it together all with a smile on her face. I hope I see her again next time I go, she made my night with her kindness!

Honestly the service and speed has gotten way better since I was last here. One of the staff or managers (Crystal I think?) even came out again to ask how my food was. Definitely recommend.

The wait was 20-30 because the cook had just got here but the assistant manager came out of her way to come out and explain to every single car out here and give a slushy to those who were waiting not only was it amazing customer service but it shows that they truly care. It was the first time in a long time that I came to a sonics and it was amazing to see that the employees care about their customers

This location is very good, great staff and food, needs to be remodeled as their drive thru is damaged and the building overall but they have a great service.

5 stars just for Crystal.
I ordered the same drink a couple times a week to this location & Crystal is so kind every time. Really appreciate the service

So everything I ordered was wrong.
I had not eaten all day.
I was mad.
But Crystal was awesome!

Sonic should make her in charge of training so she can make a bunch of minions just like her and maybe save this chain..

Me and my whole family were pissed.. we had just come from mcdonalds and had gotten rotten unsafe food and all we wanted to do was eat, So my daughter said “Lets go to sonic dad” and ive never had it before so we came and we were served by Jayden (sorry if im misspelling it” He had dreads he looked kinda young But he was the nicest young man ever , He was kind, He EVEN told us what not to get LOL!! WE ARE DEFINITELY COMING BACK JAYDEN YOU ROCK!!!

The new manager, Amanda was so sweet. It sounds like the location has been through a lot, so I admire her commitment to turn things around 🖤 Wonderful service and our shakes were delicious!

If you haven't been to the Kennesaw location on Cobb Pkwy lately, you need to! I'm not sure if they're under new management or have just hired an entirely new staff, but it's like day and night. They went from being almost not responsive (especially with online orders), with wait times being close to an hour (just for drinks!), to less than 5 min. wait times. When an associate asked me if there was anything else they could get for me, I about fell out of my seat because the previous experiences I'd had there consisted of me getting my food shoved at me and the pickup window shut in my face without even so much as a smile. Whatever they're doing, it's working. Go check them out if you quit going due to the lack of customer service before. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

I am soooo pleased with the manager Crystal. Her energy is amazing and friendly. She made sure we got what we needed immediately and precisely.

The man that took our order, made our food and served us with pure kindness, you are a blessing. I loved your attitude and the way you handled being packed with orders. You are the reason we will continue to come to sonic. I used to be a manager in fast food and the way you worked and handled business was outstanding. I wish I would have gotten your name but since you were the only one I saw I’m assuming your bosses will know this is about you. Sonic you have one amazing worker here! Thank you sir!

The service was fine and fast the food was good.

Not my normal Sonic to hit. I used the drive-thru instead of the pull in. When I placed my order there were four cars ahead of me. I was to the pickup window in less than 6 minutes. Really impressed with how fast they were putting out orders.

Typical Sonic, fast service, cool drive in style with in car delivery. Wasn't too busy, but we were there a little late. Food was good, ice cream blasts were perfect with a cherry on top!

Today I visited this Sonic and used the drive through. The order took a little bit of time(cooked to order, I assume), but when the food arrived, it was cooked perfectly and fresh. The manager and/or owner is doing a great job! The employees were efficient, friendly and polite. Great job!

My jobs like a mile from here so I visit this location for lunch often. I do a lot of place ahead orders and the orders are always accurate. If I ask for no ice and extra sauce that's exactly what I get. Drive thru is fast and foods always tastes hot and fresh. Highly recommended.

It's Sonic, not fine dining. The food was as advertised and expected.

Our carhop/server was very nice and diligent.

It's been a couple of weeks since I was there. At the time, they were having 'fair food'. If they still have those items, get the fried Oreos with ice cream, they were really good.

Best fast food good deals without all the grease. Ever look as your burger and it's not what it looked like on the menu? My experience it that sonic takes their time and you get what you ordered not a squashed pile of meat and bread but a actual hamburger. The nostalgic style drive through, and more shakes then most other fast food places. If your going to pay your hard earned money on something you might as well enjoy it.

I don't think I've ever been to a Bad Sonic, and this one is no exception. The food is always great here, they get your order right, the customer service is terrific, what's not to love! Especially during Happy Hour with the half price drinks.... Amazing!
