Customer service is great here. Food came out fast and was made to the liking.

Last night I had the best experience at this location than I have in years now that it's under a new manager. Staff was friendly. Food was fresh and hot. I will be returning now more often. 🤗

This location is convenient for us because it's not far from home. It has easy access from the main highway and a large parking lot that is handicap accessible. Their staff as always is very pleasant and courteous.We appreciate that they allow us to use two coupons at a time, so we get a very good deal and great value for our money.. During this pandemic We use the drive-thru only and enjoy sitting in the parking lot to have our meal. At this location the dining room is open but we ourselves are not using indoor facilities.

While the prices are a little higher than what you may be used to paying for across the street; the food is much better and the service is hands down the best in the county. We were hot and tired when we came in and just wanted lunch and something cold to drink we got that and more! It is a great feeling to receive honest, sincere service with a smile.. We left full, happy and still smiling.

the buger were cold the manger nasyt additude. and the buns had mayonase all on top of it . i miss the old manager he made sure it was done right from window to inside service.

Great service, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really good. Very clean and tidy. Orders were correct and fresh. Enjoyed dining there with my granddaughter and great grandchildren. Wonderful family environment. Would give more stars if I could.

Very good place to eat. Have eaten there several times and always fast and friendly service. The staff is varied in age but seem to support each other, which in my opinion makes me very happy to see and spend money at. Too many establishments nowdays do not care about teamwork, but this store seems to.
Oh, and the food was very fresh and exactly what we ordered. Please keep up the good work and we will continue to support you on our next visit.

This is one of the better BK's, service is always friendly, and fast. They get the food right, bagging separate orders has been an issue but I will take fast, accurate, friendly service and be happy.

I go by daily. Great for fast food. Cheaper than McDonald's.

A rare fast food meal means I'm expecting it to be a decent drive through & it was. They were polite ( while obviously very busy), efficient (condiments in the bag) the food was very hot & fresh. Nice folks.

I always get a fresh made to order BCB and it's good, fast friendly service

Clean on the inside, customers were served quickly...I didn't eat while I was there, but the staff was friendly and seemed to excel at the customer service that I saw.

The new manager is great girl keep up the work and Nicole u was awesome too

We are ther ed to day with our grandson. We love their food and the coupons they send in our news paper. I think all 3 of us are for a little over $10.00. That was 4 burgers, 4 fries & 3 cokes. Our grandson ate 2 burgers & 2 fries. We used 2 coupons....
