Extremely great customer service during my visit. There was a mix up on my order and they went above and beyond to make it right. The food was good, hot, and fresh.

Family had lunch there 2 days ago.
It was very good. I had the chicken tender plate. Good flavor, the coleslaw was awesome. The mashed potatoes and gravy was great too. Their shakes are delicious, had the smoky mtn fudge and it was very good.
The staff was nice as well.
Will definitely be back when in town.

Hey all you Summer villains If you don't like Bojangles come on over to Jack's fresh and so good!!! The last time I checked Jax was a hamburger store .

Come here when ever I come in to town to deliver to Tractor Supply, This is the nicest crew I have ever met. I'm very thankful for their hospitality. Good food and the place is very clean.

We had an enjoyable visit to the Summerville location. The staff was nice. The food was fresh and handled properly. Order was correct and had no issues. Definitely recommend Jack's over the larger chain fast food for better quality and value.

Food tastes great and is freshly made. Wish the hours were a bit later like to midnight because I work until 11 pm most nights. Only other food place is McDonald's ( and it ain't that good).

Jack's is one of our new favorites for breakfast. Typical fast food pricing but good food, friendly service and usually very quick. They are offering dine in with limited seating and the drive through does a steady business also.

Wonderful food, clean place, nice professional front counter person, good location... I travel a lot and I'm always glad when I see a Jack's nearby!

I eat at the Florence Alabama location and the food is always hot and fresh , the chicken is the best and in the morning the breakfast don't even get me started how good it is . Buttermilk biscuits gravy more options than any of the other places , just great food and great staff . Big Bacon burger ,and the many other options like crispy/grilled chicken sandwiches , plate lunches good stuff all around beats everyone else hands down .

Good breakfast selection similar to other fast food restaurants in this category, restaurant and restrooms were clean and well maintained.

Jack's biscuits and chicken are excellent!!! Everything we have had at Jack's has been good, except the fried green tomatoes. They were burnt and didn't ta s he good. Everything else is super!😜

Great food and service! My favorite chicken meals are the breast and fingers plates! The ranch is sooo good and l love the new honey bbq sauce!! mmhh

I forgot my wallet and they gave me my drink for free. So, when I got my wallet I drove back to pay for my drink. They were very nice about the whole situation which means alot to me because I take medicine that dryes my mouth.

We don't have a Jack's anywhere near us so it's a must stop for their yummy buttery fries. Their chicken is so good! Their burgers are great also!

The food is amazing, especially breakfast! You will not be disappointed if you're a fan of biscuits n gravy!! Clean environment and friendly staff.
