I had a great experience at the altamont location. All the staff was extremely helpful. I had to get some embroidery done on the shirts and they were done in a timely manner. I will say that the pants that I wanted there were only a few in my size but I tried two sizes smaller and they all fit fairly the same lol so don't let the sizes deter you from trying them on. I got extra small small and medium and they all fit pretty fairly the same. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be going back anytime I need extra uniforms!

So I went and purchased uniform on Saturday the embroidering person was out due to only working on Tuesday through Friday and I have to have the company name embroidered ...its mandatory....so I wasn't due for my first day until Wednesday..so I went up there today Tuesday and then the young lady informed me that the man had called off...so im like what am I going to do work is tomorrow😭😭😭😷😭 ... thankfully the young beautiful lady whom helped me went out of her way called her manager ..and the manager came up to the store and personally herself did it for me😊😊🧐😎🤓🤓 in no time may I add😎😎😎 ...beyond thankful for the personalized experience was a true Blessing🖱🖱⚖🎊🎉🤗 . The staff here were very nice and patient with helping me and answering my questions. I was never rushed (despite my going back and forth to the dressing rooms) and they were very considerate of my time.

Because there was only one staff member up front (as far as I could see), I had to wait for a few minutes, which was no problem at all. She still offered me free shipping for my order because I had to wait and I greatly appreciate it.

Went there in a crunch scrubs would not be ready for work in time for my first day. Found the color I needed and came out with three complete sets that will last and will still use to supplement my work supply when they come in😊 very satisfied and what a great price.

I order my first outfit online and it was delivery as advertised and I was satisfied with the material and sewing. I did need one size smaller for the pants and went to the store for an exchanged. Customer service here was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you for the service.

Very friendly staff, I went during the week and the parking lot was a good size so it was easy to find a spot. I visited this location because I ordered scrubs online and I was able to return without any issues as long as there isn't any visible sign of wear and tags are still on and you have the order slip. Again staff was super friendly and made return easy. They have a huge selection and a clearance rack in the back with a decent selection. Seen everything from scrubs for nurses or chefs and stethoscopes. Definitely recommend.

I have a very hard time finding my size in scrub pants. The sales person Diana took the time to look at every rack in the store and when she couldn't find my size she ordered them for me. Thank you so much for being so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I really liked the selection and variety. The employees there were super sweet and helpful. HOWEVER, I got a white coat GREY's ANATOMY, wore it for 2 weeks, and when I came to fold my arms in it, the coat RIPPED IN HALF!!! I think this is a major quality issue and a waste of money.... with that said, it's fair to also mention that they were super helpful and agreed to accept it back and exchange it for me free of charge. Thank you very much for that.

I came here today and was very pleased with my experience. I had come here before and received good service and I swung by to see if my embroidered scrub tops were in because I needed them for tomorrow. I was told they wouldn't be in until Tuesday. I had also ordered another pair that wasn't in the store last week but it arrived in the store today and was going to be sent out to be embroidered.

I asked the sales woman to point me to the cheapest scrub tops in the store since I needed one ASAP and won't be getting my embroidered ones on time. At first she pointed me to a section in the store but then told me if I wanted I could just use the scrubs that I had ordered the last time I was there (since they came in today and was already paid for) and use that for tomorrow and once my embroidered ones come in I can give the store the scrubs back to be embroidered and that way I won't be without scrubs.

This might seem like an obvious solution but I didn't think of it, I was ready to buy another pair even though I didn't want to spend the extra money seeing how I haven't gotten paid yet.
The fact that she came up with this solution even though she could have easily made a sale off of me, means so much to me and she just assured that this store will get plenty more business from me and I will tell all my coworkers about it.

I wish I can remember the name of the girl that helped me but I can't. She was a pretty brown skin girl with curly hair. I thought the only thing I can do to repay her for her integrity and great service is to write a review and to let anyone know they should definitely give this place a visit.

I was hesitant on going here after reading the bad reviews. However, the staff was great and didn’t mind helping me with all my questions. I went into the store with scrubs that were too large, and I left with perfectly fitted and embroidered scrubs. They have a wide selection of colors and styles. They DONT have scrub skirts.

Uniform Advantage is the best place to buy uniforms and shoes. Service is good , always able to assist in customer needs and if not an item is in stock in store it is ordered. I recommend UA plus always have sales too. Teresa Deiybes
