Store people were very engaged, friendly and helpful

I walked in this store expecting just to buy some football cleats but was greeted by the manager and an associate who went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! Without being asked they sized my sons foot and fit him perfectly into a couple different cleats until he got the perfect fit for him. The manager sat on the floor and felt the width and everything to make sure the fit would be comfortable. This stores customer service was excellant and you just don't get that kind of service anymore. I was very pleased!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Very friendly employees. The store manager Ashton goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and get it for the best price. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone needing sports supplies/equipment

I absolutely love the customer service I get everytime I go in hibbetts!! If they have what my 3 kids that are athletes need they are always willing to order it!!
