Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The Avocado Ranch Tacos are my absolute favorites. The House Salad and Zax Snack are good also. They have the best Tea ever. While the food is good, the floors were sticky or slick and service was extremely slow causing food to be cold when you get it. I think they need more help. I went 4 times with the same results before I wrote this.

Super clean and such nice service! The lady who took our order was exceptionally kind and helpful with the selections on the salad menu today. Our meal was perfect!
The difference here, adults are running the place, not teenagers. Even the drink machines, ice, napkins, condiment area was super clean: organized and well stocked.
We will always come back. Very busy at lunch, and I can see why! Excellent Zaxby’s location! Thank you.

Went to eat yesterday at zaxbys, and the food was excellent. Service there was really good. Beautiful place, and the chicken fingers were awesome. We enjoyed all of the pictures and art hanging on the walls. Very clean restaurant

I went through the drive thru tonight around 7:30. Very fast service for 3 meals I ordered. Susan was a pleasure working the drive thru. Sue was so sweet, Told me where everything was in my bag and got it right. She is a great asset to your team Zaxbys!

These are the best Buff tendies dipped in hot honey mustard I've had in a while and they made sure erything was in our bag and then some! Keep up the good work y'all 👏

I've gone to this place for more than five years off and on and aside from one bad experience with the food this place has been on point. Great staff, and overall a great place to eat by yourself or with friends. I would recommend this place to anyone who hasn't eaten here
or for those who wanna try it for the first time.

Delicious meal. Chicken bacon ranch fries were excellent. Cheddar bites always made to order. New funnel cake wasn’t the best, but not bad at all.

I love coming here. It's one of my favorite places to eat at. I tryed there salad the other day and they a big for a good price. Definitely recommend and try the salad. But everything on there menu is absolutely delicious.

Very good! But listen..I will from here on out look for Zax on the road,(for a bathroom) 🤷‍♀they're kind of immaculate!!😅 & who doesn't want zax fries 'on the side' 😉😋yeah, of a potty break, so!! LOL!

The manager James Throw was great. Mr. Throw came out ask if we were enjoying our meal, also thanked is for eating there. We had the Caribbean jerk wings, everything was hot and plenty of sauce. Wonderful experience. We will definitely be back.

First time at this fast food chain. Very friendly employee patiently described menu choices and we thoroughly enjoyed the chicken fingers and Zax sause.

They always have the best customer service and the orders ready on time. They are really great workers they have great manners and you can tell they were managed well.

Always tender, hot fried chicken and really good slaw....we always sub their slaw instead of fries. Courteous staff, good value for price

Had a really good experience today...all the new girls were so sweet...and so professional, even though today is just their third day...A while back, I ordered several dinners..and when I got home, no chicken inside!!!
So next opportunity, I went in to talk to the manager, who promptly fixed the issue. So today, I went in to take advantage of the fix...and the manager on duty thanked me for coming back and allowing them to "make it right".
That, my fellow "Zaxby" lovers is why you frequent a place!!! Manager was polite...associates polite...everyone's "happy"!!!
Thank you for doing the right thing in this world lacking "natural affection"...I WILL be back...

The food is pretty goof most days. And every is always really friendly. It is my go to for take out.

Truly my favorite Zaxby's The young lady working there Destini is so sweet and very helpful Everytime I go there. She is always smiling and makes me feel right at home. So good to see a young person so enthusiastic about working this day in time. I recommend it to everyone.

The Robertsdale Zaxbys is our favorite place to go! Sure sometimes the orders are a little wrong (not often at all by the way), or there may be a couple tables dirty but the service is great and we love the food.. especially the insane sauce is the best!

The staff is so sweet. I was visibly having a hard night and the girl at the window was so sweet and made my night. Also, the food is great!
