Best Western Plus Miami-Doral/Dolphin Mall

Everything was wonderful best Western is. Breathless wonderful. Only bad thing the room we had had cigarette Burns all over the floor Carpet. Yes an a non smoking room.

The hotel is well located in Doral. There are plenty of entertainment nearby.

The beds aren't that good, tho. I got back and neck pain the next day. The hotel is not that expensive and they do offer a decent breakfast.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, great value, clean rooms, safe and conveniently located to lots of areas around.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting somewhere near to shopping facilities and reasonably priced.

From moment I walked in young gentleman found me a great price. He knew how to communicate well well trained overall just a nice guy. Rooms were nice.

Nice experience. The hotel was clean, my issue was a little dusty which bothered my allergies but nothing huge. The staff were nice and welcoming. The breakfast was decent. Had a waffle bar and oatmeal. I would have liked boiled eggs but they had scrambled and sausage links. Was a nice experience, I would go back for sure

The front desk check in staff is amazing and professional specially Pablo! He goes above and beyond to really make you feel welcome, he ask you right away if you would like a bottle of water or if you are happy with your room and enjoying your stay. He welcome's you as soon as you arrive the hotel and even when you are already checked in he greats you with a smile. My wife and I travel a lot and we have never meet a person like him that truly loves what he does and is very professional. He is a very classy young man. We see him owning his own hotel one day. As I sit in the front lobby lounge writing this review hearing the front desk staff checking out guess they are so polite and kind, saying to guess as they check out thank you for staying with us and have a wonderful day. Well I see the staff is super amazing. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL AND SPECIALLY THE LEVEL OF SERVICE!

Just had breakfast after this review, amazing breakfast including, full hot and cold breakfast and they lady who takes care of the area always restock the food as soon as it's near empty and she keeps the area super clean. The food was great and many choices to choose from.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and attentive. We had no problem with the orders received. I would like to pay special compliments to the employees Pablo, Maritza and Maya and the other collaborators. The hotel was undergoing minor renovations such as painting the premises, but it did not disturb at all the days we spent there. I saw that the hotel cares enough about the well-being of the guests, always looking for the best way to provide comfort and security. Highly recommend

My first and second visit were more than what I expected. The staff was very helpful, nice, professional and thoughtful. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean including the room and gym. The staff Emanuel. Jennifer and Karyna were outstanding. I will certainly come again it's a home away from home.

LOCATION:
It is conveniently located from Miami International Airport and major shopping centres, and what is more satisfying, it is off the main intersection thus none if any noise at all. It is situated in a commercial block with other small hotels and businesses and adjacent to an open field where cattle graze and enjoy the green grass on several acres of green foliage. So it can't be bad at all if healthy cows are at home.

HOTEL:
The hotel itself, dispute the fact that it wasn't where my navigation system said it to be, I found it on my second attempt. A few signs along the road off which it is situated could help in locating it much quicker/easier. Maybe there are signs and I just didn't locate them?

Anyway, the hotel itself is keep very clean and orderly. Parking spaces are in abundance if you are with a rental underway. Lighting is perfect and the lounge very comfortable and the reception is young, very courteous and helpful.

ROOMS:
VERY CLEAN AND SPACY!!!! And if I am not mistaken, there is a washing machine and dryer on each floor; at least one on my floor :). I slept between those clean white sheets as if I were in my own bed. Now that is relaxing.

SUMMARY:
I have been to many other small hotels and resorts even from Best Western but this one stands OUT! I would recommend it without hesitation.

I had a problem with my reservations but the staffs Henry and Kelly were extremely attentive and helped me with a new reservation. This was almost midnight and they had the patience to allocate me in another room in the hotel.

This is one of my favourite hotels. The breakfast is unbeatable with many options to choose from. The rooms are incredible, very clean and tidy. They also have AC which is a must in Miami. The have a pool which we didn't use but seemed great. The have a gym although needs more equipment but had the basics. The receptionist let us do a super early check in (10am) and I will be forever thankful! Highly recommend this place. It was really close to Dolphin and International mall, plus the offered a drop off service to both malls.

Thought is was already a great hotel, they were just getting started on some renovations. Can't wait to see.
Only curious thing was the breakfast protein. Each day, they offered hard boiled eggs, ham and sliced cheese. Bothe the ham and the cheese were offered in a chafing dish. Didn't completely understand it.
Anyway, great stay... nice hotel.

Very service oriented staff. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was superb and included options for kids also. Close by to restaurants. Shuttle service was very convenient and the guys worked late hours to ensure that guests were brought back to the hotel.

Very good and clean hotel. I would say one of the best I have ever stayed in. Service is extremely nice, front desk people always smile and are very helpful. What is important, check out time is a noon, which is very rare. Breakfast is always ok, they are missing some cheese, ham and vegetables but in general it is ok.

Very good Hotel, ideally located. Excellent service / attention from all hotel staff. Reasonably priced, and covers all requiered amenities. Included Breakfast buffet is well stocked and varied. Rooms have a good size and are well maintained. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
