Lovely boutique hotel!
Rooms are incredible clean ! Specious and I loved that they had washer and dryer in the room very convenient!
Felt like a mini home away from home .
Front desk lady named Adriana was extremely helpful caring and lovely!
First time there will definitely go back .

This is my second stay here, and I am super happy I decided to stay here again! Carlos at the front desk is THE BEST! All of the Valet guys are awesome and never left me waiting! The place is super clean and I was beyond happy to have washer and dryer in the apartment.

Perfect place. Perfect location.
Marina, Marlene and mireya were Perfect in the kitchen and the breakfast. Very kind and hospitable. Every morning there were there bright and early abd always pleasant and great hosts.
Vivianne who took care of our room and her team were very very nice. Our rooms were clean and so very well kept every day.
Adriana at the front desk. She was so very nice to give us such a nice room. Even before arriving she took my call and was so professional. Darlen thank you for giving us an extra hour and holding the suitcases. Very nice of you. Thank you all.

Nuvo has been an incredible experience. I am very grateful not only to the wonderful housekeeping workers but also the three ladies that work at the kitchen which provided the best buffet breakfast we can ask for. These three wonderful ladies are Mariana, Marleni and Mireya. You have to understand we go get breakfast at 7-8 in the morning and to see the workers of Nuvo always providing a smile and assistance and sparking a conversation it really makes a huge difference in our stay. We usually stay at least a month straight at Nuvo and we are happy to say is our vacation away from home and it is strictly because of the amazing service we receive from your Nuvos staff.

Cesar and Gladys are definitely the best workers here at Nico suite hotel. I’m extremely grateful with their service and work ethic. If anyone ever plan to stay here, they’ll look out for you and give you and your family the best service you could imagine….

Gladys & Mireya are so sweet. We love spending our Sundays at the pool with them. The food & bar service is excellent. They treat us so well & always welcome our big group with open arms. The food is delicious! We recommend the Nuvo platter.

First of all, NUVO hotel is located in a very convenient and accessible area for everything you decide to do and very close to the airport. The Hotel is always very clean and very beautiful, the service is excellent, very pleasant, it is a unique experience whether to relax or have fun because it is very convenient and accessible to many attractions. I definitely recommend it.

Adriana at the front desk was excellent! The rooms are very decent but mine didn't look like the photo on the website. Still very decent though. *Wish they'd upgrade the TV to smart tv's. Perfect location if you're flying out of MIA.

I loved the time I had spent at the Hotel.
The rooms are great and allow us to prepare our on food as well doing the laundry. I love it once I stayed for 12days.
Miriam, the receptionist, is really kind. I really liked the way she helped me. It is nice to have a Brazilian here :) She is really sweet.

Excellent hotel and amazing and friendly staff. Mariana, Mireya, Gladys, Marleni were very helpful and very nice. They provided excellent service. I will return on my next trip. The kitchen bear the pool has even better food!

Rooms were super clean, staff helped every time in various ways, friendly and knowledgeable. My kids loved the pool and ample space in the suites. Great spot in Miami near several shopping centers and food options.

The thing I liked the least was the bed so low on the floor. Otherwise, my stay was amazing. Plenty of things to do in any 10 minute Uber ride.

Staff was amazing, Expedia messed up our pre-paid reservation (almost leaving us stranded in Miami with nowhere to stay, mini panic attack provided by Expedia) and they were fully booked. They contacted Expedia and had us in their only room they set aside for emergencies within 10 minutes. Valet staff took great care of the car and always had the car ready to go with no wait. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout our stay and rooms were cleaned well. 🙌 Its nicely located outside of the chaos of the city with a great pool & bar area 🌊

Where is the catch? For a very reasonable price I got a very warm welcome, very clean and quiet room with refrigerator and coffee machine. The breakfast was ok, generally far above what you should expect at a budget hotel. I recommend.

I would like to give a shout out to Adriana from the front desk. She is an angel! She not only helped me find a place to have dinner my first night, but went ABOVE and BEYOND when I needed help with an internet issue. She is was incredibly kind to me and everyone I saw her interacting with.

The rooms were nice enough but the valet parking i did not care too much for if you forget something in your vehicle, It's too much effort to retrieve it. The pool looked like it would have been fun but on a business trip...
no time.

We were in 6 in a family trip, Great hotel, everything perfect. Location, breakfast, near to the airport. Miguel and Miriam were very helpful. We certainly will be back and recommend.

My experience at the Nuvo Hotel was nothing short of amazing, especially while lounging on the pool deck. The outstanding customer service from Gladys and Roberto truly elevated my stay to another level.

As I relaxed by the pool, Gladys and Roberto were attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They made sure my sunbed was comfortable, brought refreshing drinks, and even provided sunscreen when I forgot to pack mine. Their friendly and accommodating demeanor made me feel like a VIP.

The pool deck itself was a paradise. The stunning views of the city combined with the soothing atmosphere created the perfect escape. It was the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring the city's attractions.

Gladys and Roberto's exceptional service on the pool deck exemplified the high standards of the Nuvo Hotel. They truly made my stay memorable, and I can't wait to return for another incredible experience at this exceptional hotel.
