BAD SERVICE Flowers requested for 2-27-2022 Did not arrived ,called7-28,-2022 no answer left message.Called 7-29-2022 spoke with Jenny requested to cancel and refund the money. This request was ignored and Balón with chocolates received today .This an abuse the money must be refunded

Stay away from this place my girlfriend sent my mother a thoughtful arrangement after a surgery and they sent it with wet spray paint on the vase they must have sprayed it this Morning it stuck to the counter not to mention it smells like an auto body shop I had to put it outside! I would be upset if I was the one who was on the sending side. You have to trust the retailer when you don’t get yo see the product.

This place is atrocious. The quality I received after paying over 100$ for a Mother’s Day bouquet is laughable. What arrived was a small vase with dirty water, damaged flowers, and missing items that I paid for. Don’t waste your money or time. I’m furious to say the least

Do not trust these people. They charged me 66 dollars for flowers and never sent the flowers. They have yet to call me back after leaving 3 messages. I had to put a dispute in with my credit card company.
